Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
?Responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, that are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives.
?Design the Wellness & Benefits policies, programs and systems to ensure the adoption of leading practice and alignment to the strategic objectives of HES business and people strategies
?Setup, update or optimize C&B/operation policies and procedures from time to time and review and update Labor Contract, Employee Handbook, and other related HR documents when necessary.
?Assist manager to review current payroll, social benefit and data processing metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
?Consistently assess the competitiveness of our compensation program through market analysis and tracking creative compensation schemes,
?Maintain confidential HR database ensuring legally compliance.
?Roll out HR projects in collaboration with group HR and HES cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements:
?Has at least 5 years HR experiences with concentration in total rewards, or HR generalist knowledge & skills in multinational company
?In-depth knowledge and understanding of employment laws, regulations and labor relations practices
?Hands-on experience in rewards and recognition programs and HR policy & procedure development;
?Preferable experience in leading HR projects.
