？业务拓展：寻找新的销售机会，开拓新市场，推动公司风力发电解决方案的业务增长。
？报告和分析：监测销售绩效，生成销售报告，分析市场趋势和竞争对手情况，提出改进建议。
？合作协调：与内部团队合作，确保客户需求得到满足。与技术、项目和市场团队紧密合作，提供协同支持。
？行业知识：了解风力发电行业趋势，预测客户需求，调整销售策略以保持竞争力。
？Sales Strategy Development: Develop sales plans and strategies, identify target markets and potential clients, devise market entry approaches.
？Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand client’s energy needs, provide professional advice and customized solutions.
？Business Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities, explore new markets, and drive business growth for the company’s wind turbine solutions.
？Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, generate sales reports, analyze market trends and competitors’ situations, offer improvement suggestions.
？Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ needs are met. Work closely with technical, project, and marketing teams to provide cohesive support.
？Industry Knowledge: Understand wind power industry trends, anticipate customer needs, adjust sales strategies to maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications & Abilities:
资质和能力
？机械或者空气动力学本科及以上学历
？3年以上风力发电行业, 认证行业领域的销售经验。
？卓越的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与不同层次, 不同文化的客户建立关系, 具有良好的社交技巧
？分析能力和商业洞察力，能够解读市场趋势和数据
？能够流利的使用英语表达和书写
？有叶片制造商从业经验或者有项目管理背景者优先
？Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or aerodynamics
？More than 3 years of sales experience in wind power industry and certification industry
？Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with customers of different levels and cultures, with good social skills
？Analytical skills and business insights, capable of interpreting market trends and data
？Proficiency in oral and written English
？Experience in blade manufacturers or project management background is preferred
