* ensure the reporting of china meets the requirements of corporate finance
and coordinates those activities
* organize, supervises and controls the acｃｏｕｎｔing activities including mec
and yec, reviews acｃｏｕｎｔing results and reporting prepared by asia ssc team.
* ensures compliance with finance and acｃｏｕｎｔing policies & procedures as set
forth by franke, ifrs and local regulation
* ensure full compliance on tax and statutory reporting, and all appropriate
business licenses ｕｐｄａｔｅd and in place
* co-ordinate with global tax, group controller and external consultants on
all tax and transfer price matters as required
* organize and controls customs and vat business processes and audits
* coordinate the audit activities with internal auditor and external audit
