objectives of the job:1.with the request of the group leader or project responsible, ｅｘｅｃute & fulfill the work independently.2.ensure the tasks on time ｄｅｌivery of the ｄｅｌiverables with high quality and customer satisfaction.3.lead project team to approach customer and improve customers’ satisfaction.main duties: 1.collect and analyze technical requirements from customer and make analysis report or presentation to e/e dept and attend customer site.2.ａｌｔｅｒnator, battery ｓｅｌｅｃｔion, wakeup and sleep strategy design, power balance simulation.3.power distribution design include power distribution schematic, plane view, ground distribution schematic, fuse box, dual power supply4.clamp concept design include vehicle power mode definition, all clamps definition and power mode switch diagram5.12v electric energy management for gas and ev, intelligent dcdc ｃｈａｒging development for ev. vehicle quiescent current design.6.redundancy power system design for l3 adas function. 7.arrange related power balance test: load balance test, cold start test, quiescent current test, parking test, load analysis8.strong appreciation of all aspects of power electronics: thermal / energy / engine stop/start management / battery management.9.acting as the power electronics technical leader role between supplier/vendor e/e dept development team / hybrid and energy simulation team10.support work: support components engineers and systems application and testing (test bench & labcar), support vehicle testing, work with module group leader together to prepare regular status reports.11.organize meeting for technical issue or training.qualification:1.bachelor degrees or above, e/e, automotive, or related areas2.at least 4 years working experience in ee 12v power system work.3.solid in power balance test leading, power ｎｅｔ component ｓｅｌｅｃｔion, testing validation.4.solid knowledge in automotive development process 5.good at vehicle communication protocols and diagnostics.6.good at automotive ee architecture 7.good skill in ee vehicle level testing validation 8.good skill in supplier management 9.good skill in project management 10.solid in ms office tools (excel, word, power point, project, etc…)11.solid communication skills, presentation skill , self-motivation, open mind12.good team work spirit and leadership13.good at conflict management14.fluent business english language skills: read, write, listen and speak.
