录用条件:
  
1. bs degree in either electronics engineering or related, having board design and video system knowledge is preferred. 电子工程或相关专业本科学历，有电路板设计和视频系统经验
  
2. 2-3 years working experience in semiconductor product testing, qualification or related area, experiencing in graphics, video, tv industry is preferred. 2-3年半导体测试和验证相关领域的工作经验，有显卡、视频、电视行业工作经验优先
  
3. proactive attitude to product quality assurance and strong problem catching and analysis skills. 对产品质量认证方面有主动积极的探究态度，并有较强的发现和分析问题的能力

工作内容:
  
1. work across hardware, software, system and marketing teams for product development 协同硬件、软件、系统和市场组进行产品研发
  
2. develop validation plan, ｅｘｅｃute qualification tasks in system level and carry out stressing experiments to assess product reliability 制订产品验证计划、执行质量认证项目、通过老化实验测试产品的可靠性
  
3. drive product quality issues and improvements to closure and provide timely highlights to development team 及时向研发团队汇报产品质量缺陷，敦促并验证改进方案
  
4. summarize the qualification results and document the final qa report 总结所有质量认证的结果，并出具最终的质量认证报告
  
5. support marketing to understand customer failure in field and feedback with feasible solutions 支持市场组对客户返回的质量问题进行分析和理解，并提供可能的解决方案

deｓｃｒｉｐｔion of position/duties
1.application development (firmware) of the industry lead touch screen and display applications
2.application support, especially key customers’ technical support for the truetouch solutions
3.new system level solutions, features and ips design and implementation on innovative touch screen chips
4. work with marketing and sales/fae to exchange technical input on marketing collateral, new product definition, product features prioritization, customer feedback, and product training curriculum
5. work with ic design engineering and system engineering to exchange technical support/sustaining engineering support, new product development interactions, impact of design limitations

qualifications
1. solid “c” and assembly language familiarity
2. knowledgeable on analog and mcu based application design
3. experience on i2c, usb interface and other mcu on-chip external modules
4. projected capacitive technical experience is plus
5. 2 years+ embedded microcontroller (8-bit, 16bit)/embedded control application background
6. ｍａｓｔｅｒ degree or above in ee/ce

deｓｃｒｉｐｔion of position/duties

1. co-work with parade sales/fae/marketing to achieve tcon/source technical qualification
2. manage project-level detail to achieve program success at customers
3. technical ｅｘｅｃution of customer design wins from prototype to production
4. establish tcon/source expertise and become trusted advisor and resource for customer panel engineers

qualifications
1. ms/bs in electrical engineering
2. 3+ years’ experience at nb vendor or lcd/lcm vendor.
3. strong knowledge on display of a-si, ltps tft lcd is preferred
4. thorough understanding of nb display debug, edp and display quality tuning (timing, gamma, power optimizing etc.)
5. english proficiency
