    position summary:
    the integration specialist works with project managers, internal development teams, customers, and 3rd party consultants to engineer and deploy the integration component between the truecommerce integration layer and the customer’s existing erp/shipping systems. this role is responsible for training users on the integration functionality and ensuring the integration layer is implemented to the customer’s unique business needs and is stable for production use. this role is a psg (professional services group) representative subject matter expert around the truecommerce integration layer on designated enterprise resource planning (erp) and/or shipping systems, becoming the go-to resource for issues pertaining to the specified platform that exceed beyond applicable team knowledge.
    key results areas:
    1.kra1: integration migration/deployment management resource
    -work with customers and 3rd party consultants to define and implement the format of data exchanged between the truecommerce integration layer and the customer solutions.
    -consult, advise, and build data mapping standards based on the customer’s specifications and their business and operational needs.
    -responsible for managing integration timelines and keeping projects on track working jointly with the assigned implementations specialist.
    -train deploying customers on the use of the truecommerce integration layer with their software and business needs.
    -provide accurate and timely logging of problems and their resolution.
    -diagnose, document, facilitate, and manage customer needs requiring higher tier resource involvement
    -provide regular status reports on current integration projects keeping the customer and implementation specialist informed through regular communication.
    -responsible for managing expectations in the capabilities/functions of integration components to customers, implementation specialists, and third parties
    2.kra 2: go-to subject matter expert in designated market segment
    -designated subject matter expert of a defined market segment and secondary market segment (backup)
    -involved in tier3 management and filtering specific to their designated market(s) as a quality control point (as needed)
    -acts as the stakeholder representation for psg responsible for providing feedback and guidance on product hotfixes/enhancements in their designated market(s)
    -designated sme to provide consultation, advice, guidance, and assistance to internal teams working within the resources designated market(s)
    -expert knowledge in not just truecommerce integration components but also business use and purpose of applicable erps in their assigned market segment(s)
    3.kra 3: cross functional knowledge sharing and training
    -document common troubleshooting steps for internal and external use.
    -identify improperly submitted integration requests and educate submitting team on how to improve diagnosis and support on opportunities.
    -document common problems for higher tier review and product improvement.
    -remain an open go-to resource for internal teams to assist in questions beyond their knowledge using proper channels.
    -responsible for building and maintaining designated market training, certification, and onboarding material to ensure efficiency in employee ramp-up within their market(s)
    requirements:
    1.bs in computer science or a related field
    2.2+ years of working experience in it-related industries and clients services
    3.4+ years of experience in software integration and implementation services
    4.excellent verbal and written communication skills
    5.willingness to work a flexible schedule to overlap overseas coworkers and clients
    6.ability to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers and customers
    7.well-developed independent troubleshooting skills
    8.strong organizational and time management skills to manage scheduled appointments and customer needs
    9.experience with scripting and data manipulation/management languages
    10.edi experience and an understanding of standardized data storage processing is a strong plus
    11.knowledge of a variety of enterprise resource planning (erp) and shipping solutions is a plus

    position summary:

    the mapping specialist will analyzes designs, develops, and maintains edi related projects such as trading partner maps, client/erp maps, shipping labels, packing lists, and specifications where applicable.  the position requires programmatic, logical thinking and the ability to grasp the use of proprietary software to develop the aforementioned.


    responsibilities:

    1. map development/maintenance

    develop or modify trading partner and/or client maps. label templates, packing slips, and electronic label plug-ins per client and client trading partner requirements where applicable in the organization participate in the refinement and documentation of internal mapping related processes examine trading partner/client specification modifications to assess impact to current trading partner/client maps, labels, packing slips coordinate qc/qa process of new and modified trading partner/client maps, labels and packing slips where applicabledefine and implement projects related to standardization, organization and process development as they relate to mapping development and maintenance

    2. technology management

    develop tokens and define their usage for trading partner/client maps, labels and packing slips where applicable develop standards for building trading partner/client maps, labels and packing slips to ensure functionality and consistency where applicable assist sales engineer in assessing specific transaction integrations against trading partner/client maps and the customer’s erp system develop and maintain mapping templates to ensure consistency, quality and currencprovide input to a qc specialists to establish and maintain a qa process for trading partner/client maps, labels and packing slips where applicable

    3. professional services department support

    develop and conduct ongoing training for truecommerce employees requiring trading partner/client maps, labels and packing slips knowledge support psd with edi standards, trading partner feedback, labels and advanced troubleshooting  execute on other assignments as directed.



    requirements:

    1.      bs in computer science or related field

    2.      1-2 years of working experience in it related industry

    3.      an edi technical background or an understanding of transaction processing a plus

    4.      ability to quickly learn, analyze, problem solve, and resolve simple to complex issues.

    5.      good communication skills, especially in english (verbal and written)

    6.      strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills are a must

    7.      strong team work attitude; self-motivated; reliable
