协助质量工程师分析质量异常和不合格品

job responsibilities：
1. interface with customer from acquisition through project close out
2. make project ｍａｓｔｅｒ timing and ｅｘｅｃute strictly according to the plan
3. make project budget, initiate capex request and get approval, track key financial kpi and make sure baseline is met before handover the project to production
4. track customer tooling and engineering refund and make sure on time payment
5. work with engineering team to make sure design review, dv, pv. is done correctly and timely according to company procedures
6. manage the multifunction and multi-region team through smooth communication
7. perform project risk assessment, leasons learned and track closely
8. report project status to the management regularly through project management system
9. organize project phase exit review accordingly to program management process, make sure relevant ｄｅｌiverable is ready on time to support management sign off
10. manage engineering change according to change management procedure
11. support operation team to ａｄｄress critical launch concern and voc
12. ensure the program safe launch with defined kpi
岗位职责：
1.从收购到项目收尾与客户的接口
2.掌握项目时间，严格按计划执行
3.制定项目预算，启动资本支出申请并获得批准，跟踪关键财务kpi，并确保在将项目移交给生产之前达到基线
4.跟踪客户工装和工程退款，并确保按时付款
5.与工程团队合作，确保设计审查、dv、pv。根据公司程序正确及时地完成
6.通过顺畅的沟通管理多功能、多地区的团队
7.进行项目风险评估，学习并密切跟踪
8.通过项目管理系统定期向管理层报告项目状态
9.根据项目管理流程组织项目阶段退出审查，确保相关交付物按时准备就绪，以支持管理层签字
10.根据变更管理程序管理工程变更
11.支持运营团队解决关键的启动问题和voc
12.通过定义的kpi确保项目安全启动
role requirements:
1.bachelor degree or above，science and engineering is prefer
2.5+ years working experience,3+years pm in auto industry
3.fluent in english speaking, listening and writing
4.automotive development procedure(like apqp, iatf 16949), manufacturing process and automotive quality system
5.proven experience in program management preferably in an automotive environment and ideally backed up by pmi certification
6. must be able to interface at a senior level internal & external
7. convenient on business trip, can be overseas is preferred
8.good communication skill and ability to ｃｒｅａｔｅ customer relationship
9.good team work,strong problem solving skill
10.pm experience with muti acｃｏｕｎｔ is preferred
11.program management experience with similar customer is preferred.
岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，理工科优先
2.5年以上工作经验，3年以上汽车行业相关经验
3.英语听说读写流利，
4.熟知汽车开发程序（如apqp、iatf 16949）、制造过程和汽车质量体系知识
5.在项目管理方面有丰富的经验，***是在汽车环境中，***有pmi认证支持
6.能够在内部和外部高层做好接口角色
7.出差方便，可以去海外者优先
8.良好的沟通技巧和建立客户关系的能力
9.良好的团队合作能力，较强的解决问题能力
10.多客户经验优先
11.有类似客户项目管理经验者优先。
