1. assist site manager in effectively deploys and leads plant resources to ensure a safe, quality product and to achieve targeted supply reliability, budget, productivity and efficiency. meet relevant key performance indicators, performance indicators, comply with contracture requirements and on-stream guarantees.

2. act as site manager during his absence from site.

3. as key contact window with related team, interface, communicate and coordinate with related team in all operational matters, any scheduled / un-scheduled outages / supply changes / product quality, etc.

4. have responsibility to acquire all the necessary permits and license from operation side, work close with epo and gr, lead to develop related documents for application permits and license; trace all the necessary permits and license status, ensure all the permits and license are valid and not overdue.

1.bachelor degree in chemical, mechanical or other appreciated engineering.

2.more than 8 years working experience in plant operations with experience in gas, petrochemical, semiconductor or related industries.

purpose
this position will be reporting to aptog eh&s manager to take responsibilities for safety routine jobs at the ap jiutai gasification plant. this position will serve as safety expert to ensure safety practices are in alignment with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and national standards.
principal acｃｏｕｎｔabilities
in support of site eh&s manager:
support the facility functions at the site as an active safety role. support eh&s manager in developing all necessary core ehs programs including bsp, apsam, cm etc. to ensure compliance with sound ehs procedures and meeting all compliance requirements. train operation, maintenance, and contractor with ap eh&s policies/standards/global best practices and facilitate their use. maintain eh&s documentations and ｕｐｄａｔｅ periodically to meet local requirements. develop ppe matrix and review ppe needs of respective facility. ｃｒｅａｔｅs, conducts, determine effectiveness of new and recurrent employee safety training. engage outside sources where necessary. support ehs manager in emergency response planning, drills, and assessment. manage, evaluate, and implement appropriate projects that reduce risks, accidents, and injuries to ｃｒｅａｔｅ a working environment with zero injury. organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines. participate and follow up on facility inspection items. involve in incident reporting/investigation/analysis/tracking corrections. ａｄｄitional ehs tasks, as assigned by ehs manager.
job requirements
candidates for this position with be evaluated on the basis of the following:
track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection. college degree of safety, environment, or chemical engineering/chemistry related, national certified safety engineer certificate is required. more than 3 years ehs management experience in chemical engineering, manufacturing and related industries, working experience of coal gasification/purification is preferred. experience with microsoft word, excel, powerpoint and outlook, ability to learn new processes; ability to work well with others at all organizational levels, must be a team player; ability to organize and prioritize to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks; excellent communication skills - verbal and written, english reading ability is required.

position summary
r this position is to lead and manage all aspects of procurement operations in support of ap hohhot coal gasification plants. the primary purpose of this position is to secure the purchases of all plant materials, equipment and services such that competitive advantage is derived in the market place and ensure that plant can meet its business objectives in terms of safety, reliability and cost.
r in ａｄｄition, this position will also support process enablement activities in terms of implementation of procurement policies, procedures, system/tools, and training materials in supporting other china gasification plants.
