??undergraduate degree or equivalent degree in the regions in a technical discipline – mechatronics, automation and electrical & electronic prefer.?solid background in related industry and job background for more than 7 years.?strong quantitative and analytical skills in quality defect analysis.?certificates or equivalent certification in the region as either vda6.3 certification and/or iatf auditor certification prefer.?familiar with precision machining, stamping and electronics, with mechatronics, automation & electrical & electronic engineering background prefer. ?must be a team player that solicits diverse ideas and viewpoints and possess strong facilitation,teaching and coaching skills.?must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally?good computer management skills with process mapping and documentation skills prefer.?good written and verbal communication skills, with good english.
