具体薪资结构：

基本工资2850 +岗位补贴+技能补贴+业绩奖金798~1596 (底薪28%基础浮动) +加班费+全勤奖100＝税前5500~7500以上  

福利：

1.夜班津贴 15元/天

2.免费工作餐

3.免费厂车：不坐厂车，可申请交通补贴200元/月

4.高温天气6、7、8、9四个月高温补贴：300元/月

5.法定年假、节假日福利

6.全额缴纳社保

1.   有1年以上镜面塑胶模具抛光经验 

 2.   主要做模具高光镜面抛光作业，能独立处理麻点沙眼橘皮纹等异常

 3.   对抛光面进行自检，6s管理 

 4.   协助模具部门对模具的应急维修和日常保养工作 

 5.   主管安排的其它工作                  

职位要求

1.   中技/中专以上学历

2.   有高光镜面模具抛光，工作经验2年以上

3.   了解模具结构，熟悉模具拆装工艺流程

4.   具备良好的沟通协调能力及强有力的执行力

5.   有良好的团队合作精神，服从领导工作安排

what you will do
1. working as a system integration engineer for automotive lighting products, specially on lighting grille, emblem and decoration parts.
2. leading the electronics and optical development work in lighting parts developing.
3. work closely with other functions as an electronics and optical engineer.
4. support the technical communication with customer to analyze the requirements.
5. electronics and optical supplier audit and developing support from technical aspect.
6. new product quotation support from electronics and optical side.
7. technical support to commercial team
8. active to collect and learn the new technology and the market trend in china.
9. on site support in the customer plant.
who you are (basic qualifications)
1. bachelor/ｍａｓｔｅｒ’s degree in automotive electrical engineering or similar.
2. at least 3 years of work experience in automotive industry, lighting preferred.
3. good team sense, communication and coordination skills.
4. fluent oral and written english at least can communicate with international team.
5. self-motivated and self-learning, like new technology and new challenges.
