1. 大专或本科以上学历，人力资源/英语专业优先，英文听说读写流利,可作为工作语言；

2. 擅长各类招聘渠道，有意长期往招聘方向发展；

3.3年以上鞋类/皮料行业招聘经验； 

4.性格开朗大方，学习能力强，做事认真负责，具备良好的沟通协调能力；

roles and responsibilities

- responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference check, etc., as per impactiva’s recruiting process

- take lead sourcing for ｍｉｄ-high level and international positions

- coordinate all interviews and ensure all tests and interview materials are under impactiva’s recruiting process and standard

- post and manage job advertisement for new openings as per job profile and hiring needs

- assist recruiting leader on talent mapping, process improvement and ad-hoc assignments

- discuss with recruiting leader and give the effective advice on recruitment solutions

- work closely with business unit and department leaders to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment efficiency

required knowledge,

- diploma or bachelor degree, preferred in human resources or related disciplines

- minimum 5 years of core experience in recruitment that includes strong exposures to:

· strong sourcing experience (management position sourcing experience is advantage)

· good experience in interview and offer negotiation

· strong social media recruiting experience

· head hunting / consultancy background

· international recruiting is a plus

apparel and fashion industry is a plus

- 熟练使用电脑收发邮件以及exce的操作，刻苦耐劳（会英语者优先）

- 愿意接受出差，常驻广东东莞/福建漳州/广西北海

 根据公司的流程要求，负责真皮皮料从生产到大货的品质检控工作- 至少3年相关工作经验，懂得辨别皮料的属性、瑕疵和等级

- 良好的沟通能力，刻苦耐劳

- 愿意接受出差

此职位工作地点为北海地区。
