job requirements- 本科或本科以上学历；-bachelor degree or above- 英语cet4以上及以上水平，口语良好；-english cet4 or above, good spoken english.- 具有大型商业地产租售经验优先；-experience in leasing and selling large commercial real estates is preferred.- 能独立完成企业客户开发,跟踪,服务,维护大客户及开发商关系；-be able to independently complete enterprise customer expansion, tracking, service, and maintenance of key customer and developer relationship;- 性格开朗，自信，有较好的沟通交际能力及解决问题的能力；- be outgoing , self-confident, have good communication skills and problem solving skills- 具有良好的团队协作精神，吃苦耐劳，能够在压力及多任务环境下工作； - have good teamwork spirit, be hard-working, be able to work under pressure and multi-task environment- 熟练掌握office办公软件，能够制作word、excel、powerpoint等。-be proficient in office software such as word, excel, powerpoint and so on.
