1.根据销售、市场部整体规划，参与实施年度、季度、月度销售活动；

3.每周、月销售总结、汇报；
weekly and monthly sales summary and report.
4.市场开发，客户沟通及商务谈判；
market development, customer communication and business negotiation.
5. 代理商沟通和管理，协助代理商服务客户。

qualifications:
1.本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验，理工科背景优先；
bsee or above equivalent technical degree with preference for analog & power semiconductor expertise (>2 years).
2.有电子元器件销售工作经验，熟悉笔电、工业、通讯、汽车等电子终端客户(非手机业务)；
sales experience of electronic components, familiar with electronic terminal customers, such as pc/nb, industry, communication, automotive, etc. (non-mobile business)
3.独立工作能力强，有一定的组织能力，抗压能力和韧性；
strong ability to work independently, with certain organizational ability, pressure resistance and toughness.
4.较好的表达能力和交际能力，良好的团队合作精神；
good presentation and communication skills, good teamwork spirit.
5.有中大型分销商或ic原厂经验优先。
medium and large distributors or ic manufacturers experience is preferred.

岗位职责：
1.负责显示类产品（lcd显示和miniled背光）的参考设计，以及芯片的评估板设计；
responsible for the reference design of display products (lcd display and miniled backlight) and the design of ic evaluation board.
2.样品调试以及功能性能验证测试；
sample commissioning and functional verification.
3.协助实施产品的各项定型试验；
assist in the implementation of various type tests of products.
4.产品技术性文件（包括pcb工艺、图纸等）制定、归档及变更；
formulation, filing and change of product technical documents (including pcb process, drawings, etc.)
5. 协助推进显示和背光类产品电子部分的改进及功能升级；
assist in the improvement and function upgrading of display/led backlight product.
6.管理实验室，维护试验设备，负责实验数据的分析、归档。
manage the laboratory, maintain the test equipment, and be responsible for the analysis and archiving of experimental data.
任职要求：
1. 重点大学本科以上学历，三年工作经验；
bachelor degree or above from a key university, with three years of working experience.
2. 具有良好的电子理论基础,熟悉lcd显示和miniled背光技术;
have a good theoretical foundation in electronics, and be familiar with lcd display and miniled backlight.
3. 熟练使用pcb设计软件及office办公软件；
proficient in pcb design software and office software.
4. 能熟练使用万用表、示波器等电子测量相关工具和设备；
be proficient in using multimeter, oscilloscope and other electronic measurement related tools and equipment.
5. 有较强的动手能力;
have strong practical ability.
6. 熟悉新产品开发流程；
familiar with new product development process.
7. 良好的英文读写能力，具备基本的英文口语;
good english reading and writing skills, basic oral english communication skill.
8. 工作认真，严谨细致，有良好的创新精神和团队精神，能主动学习，有较强的责任心。
