r 1、负责伺服驱动器功率电路开发与设计；
r 2、功率器件选型与计算和仿真；
r 3、生成原理图并审阅pcb布板；
r 5、生成设计文档，包括需求规格书，设计规格书以及设计失效分析文档；
r 6、硬件测试验证并解决测试问题；
r 7、硬件组的日常活动及上级主管安排的其他工作。

r 职位需求 / job requirement:
r -教育背景：电力电子与电气传动，电气工程自动化或自动控制相关专业，硕士以上学历；
r -工作经验：3年以上的硬件开发经验；熟悉变频器、ups或者开关电源设计与开发；有安规（ce, din, ul）emc设计经验者优先；
r -知识与技巧：电力电子，模拟电子/数字电子技术，电机理论与控制， emc，安规，热设计；
r -软件技能：ms-office，spice仿真工具，ecad电路设计工具，matlab，mathcad；
r -语言：英语熟练
r -education background: power electronics and electric drives, power electric automation or automatic control related majors, ｍａｓｔｅｒ’s degree or above;
r -work experience: at least 3 years of hardware design experience; experience and skills in frequency converter, ups or switching power supplies; experience with international standard & safety requirements (ce, din, ul…) is preferred.
r -knowledge and skills: power electronics, analog electronics, digital electronics, motor theory and motor control, safety design, thermal design;
r -software skills: ms-office, spice simulation tool, ecad tool, matlab , mathcad;
r -language: good english communication skills

岗位职责：
1)testing process & scheme development according product’s test specification. including pcba fct, ict and fg testing.
2)testing scheme design, test condition set up and test validation. support test bench introduced and release in production
3)intelligent automatic manufacture relevant software program development, including in ic&pcba burning/fwm uploading/pcba testing/fg testing/process relevant etc. programming.
4)maintain and continuous updating working instruction, assist process engineer to ｕｐｄａｔｅ p-fmea, cp, etc...
5)technical lead & troubleshooting on testing issues in production and supply with analysis report.
6)based on testing system, make testing system capability study, finish cgk, %g&rr…report
7)improve testing process & product quality based on test failure analysis
8)carry out continuous improvements and perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or above.
1)根据产品测试规范，开发测试工艺和方案；包含pcba 程序烧录，功能测试，在线测试以及成品整机测试
2)根据测试规范，开发和设计测试用例，搭建测试环境，并进行验证，支持和负责测试系统释放并导入生产.
3)智能自动化测试系统相关程序开发，包括ic/pcba程序烧录，fws加载，pcba测试,成品机器出厂测试等程序的开发；
4)持续更新和维护测试相关的过程文件; 支持工艺完成如p-fmea, cp, 测试作业指导书等
5)为生产线提供技术支持, 主导测试故障的分析和测试异常问题解决，并提供相应的分析报告
6)基于测试系统设计和实现方案，进行测试系统能力研究，完成研究报告cgk, %g&rr…
7)基于测试不良的分析，持续改善测试工艺过程和提升产品质量
8)开展有关质量提升、效率优化以及安全等持续改善活动；落实上级主管安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
- bachelor degree and majored in testing technical related fields.
- fluent english both in speaking and in writing.
- familiar with one common programming language (e.g. c, c#, c++,java, labview), familiar with one common databases language and the applications (e.g. sql server, db2).

岗位职责：
1)develop/maintain the manufacturing processes / fixtures / tools.
2)develop/ｕｐｄａｔｅ process-fmea and control plan.
3)make manufacturing programs according to process requirement.
4)ｓｅｌｅｃｔ and verify indirect material for production.
5)prepare / ｕｐｄａｔｅ working instructions for production.
6)take the lead of solving the technical problems during manufacturing, with support from lead plant.
7)perform the tasks from raw material localization projects.
8)take the lead of new product introduction (npi) project in ae value stream.
9)train line leaders & operator once new process / mae / fixture / tool is introduced.
10)carry out continuous improvement activities and perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or above.

9)负责新流程/机器设备/工装夹具/工具引入后的员工培训

岗位要求：

- minimum of 5 years working experience in servo-motor manufacturing or process engineering.
- familiar with quality management system, product development process (e.g. pep), new product introduction process, equipment management procedure and production management procedures.
- has a good command of p-fmea, cp, seven basic tools of qc, problem-solving methods (e.g. 6sigma, 8d, pss) and the seven basic tools of ie.
- good project management skill.
