    works as the first point of contact in the delivery centres for client hr representative in a managed services delivery model:

    overall objective:
    the functional consultant has the overall accountability with respect the technical and functional implementation of the project. he or she should be able to apply best practices, country specific knowledge, and technical know-how to ensure that the solution fits the client’s requirements and specifications.

    the functional consultant is accountable to the quality and timeliness of the functional implementation of the project he or she is assigned with.

    functional implementation:
