    1.员工入离职手续办理、劳动合同续签;
    responsible for employee onboarding and exit management, labor contract renew management;

    5. 协助hrsc线下数据支持和交付工作;
    assist hrsc and provide offline documents;

    support to employee on hr related certificate and q&a;
    7.员工p-file及site资料管理;
    employee records/ personnel files and site employee data management;
    8.负责总经理助理的部分行政工作,如机票预订,报销等;
    responsible for some administrative work of general manager assistant, such as air ticket booking, reimbursement, etc.

    任职要求qualifications:
    1.两年及以上hr相关工作经验;
    minimum 2 years hr relevant working experience;
    2.本科及以上学历;
    bachelor degree or above;
    3.熟悉中国劳动法及当地力资源法律法规;
    familiar with china labor law and local principle;
    4.熟练使用excel、ppt、word等软件;
    demonstrate proficiency with pc and excel, ppt, word, etc.;
    5.良好的沟通技巧及组织能力;
    excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills;
    6. 高度的责任感。积极主动,能够承受工作压力;

  • Account Manager- OEM/Auto Adhesive:

    main responsibilities:

    ?closely work with gka-oem manager for gka plan implementation and secure the transfer project success in china
    ?identify and develop regional key account-oem with building up ka plan and execution to catch up new ev oems ramp up in china .
    ?work with marketing, technical and other sales peers to develop & execute sales plan to meet team and individual financial objectives.
    ?identify target customers and prospects to grow opportunity pipelines to secure profitable growth
    ?manage channel partner and direct accounts effectively.
    ?monitor competition and open share market intelligence with marketer and sales leader
    ?active participation in regional/country sales and cross function meetings.


    qualification:

    ?bachelor’s degree or higher, chemical or materials background is preferred.
    ?minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or marketing, in automotive value chain experience is preferred
    ?excellent demand generation, ka management experience and skills.
    ?excellent pipeline and project management capability
    ?high motivation and capability on sales development as well as channel management.
    ?strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales execution capability.
    ?ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    ?excellent interpersonal skills across a broader variety of functions and able to work independently as well as a team player.
    ?strong written and verbal communication skills in english.
