7.供应商管理：在合同的框架及条款下，监督和审计供应商的作业流程，避免供应商发生安全和质量事故，对供应商进行持续培训，确保供应商以合规的方式完成作业，持续提高作业效率，降低成本；在招标环节过程中，就供应商的选择提出要求和建议；
8.现场管理：对成品仓库现场的安全、5s、叉车、现场人员及成品收发货管理；负责制定仓库sop流程；定期对员工进行培训；配合完成仓库循环盘点、月度盘点及年终盘点的工作和结果分析，并提出改进方案；

minimum qualifications

1、教育背景：统招本科及以上学历
2、物流及仓储管理5年及以上工作经验，化工行业经验优先，有危险化学品仓库现场管理经验优先
3、正直、诚实、以身作则，熟悉法律法规，行业惯例优先
4、有积极的工作态度，能够承受高强度的压力
5、团队合作精神；

skills
1、英语4级或相应水平；
2、熟练使用微软办公软件，精通excel（特别是函数、vba等）、ppt， sap, oracle等软件

qualifications

requires:

2.3+ years of lean experience in operation/manufacturing field with continuous improvement
3.in depth understanding of lean methodology such as 5s/vsm/pull system/standard work/tpm etc.
4.good project management skills with cross-functional teams
5.excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills both in english and mandarin
6.strong ability to manage and resolve conflicts in complex senario
7.minimum of lss green belt certification, black belt is preferred
8.digital transformation and automation experience is plus
9.expertise in office(excel/ppt/word), power bi skills preferred
