职责描述：
1. 熟练使用岗位要求的系统及软件，建立和维护客户信息及项目资料；
2. 为现有客户提供咨询、报价、根据后续的审核安排，通过内部系统完成各项信息的录入及日常维护工作；

任职要求：
1. 本科或以上，专业不限。生物，环境，化学，健康科学，医疗医药，食品安全等相关专业优先；
2. 接受优秀的应届生。有客户服务，参与团队运营经验优先；
3. 有较强的的学习能力，熟练使用办公软件，包括但不限于 word, excel, powerpoint, outlook 等；
4. 工作细致，有耐心，主动性强，有较强的的团队合作能力；
5. 有认证咨询行业工作经验优先；

r required qualifications:

r 1.bachelor’s degree in chemical. or chemical related work experience.
r 化学等相关专业本科及以上学历。或有化学品的相关工作经验。
r 2.experience in third-party testing and certification or knowledge of certification services, experience in chemical certification services and technology is preferred.
r 有第三方检测认证工作经验或了解认证服务，如有化学品认证服务及技术经验为佳。
r 3.customer service awareness and experience in customer service or project follow-up.
r 客户服务意识及客户服务或者项目跟进经验。
r 4.can work independently.
r 能够独立完成分配的工作。
r 5.basic communication skills in english and mandarin (written and oral).

r 4.actively and efficiently manage work orders to ensure continued client satisfaction

r 5.facilitate certification projects by interfacing with related departments to answer/ａｄｄress any issues preventing the certification workflow

r required qualifications:

r 1.bachelor’s degree in food , materials, international trade, chemistry, mechanical, instrument, automation or related field.
r 食品，材料类，国际贸易，化学类，机械类、仪器类、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
r 2.at least 3 years working experience in testing and certification or related field.
r knowledge of the principles and regulations pertaining to product certification and compliance.
r experience in certification services for north american is perferred.
r 3年检测认证等相关领域的经验。了解产品认证及合规方面的相关原则和条例，有北美产品认证经验的优先。
r 3.skilled at communicating through various forms such as phone, e-mail, training and ｅｘｅｃutive meetings.
r 擅于通过电话、电子邮件、培训、行政会议等多种形式进行沟通
