- creation of sample preparation, manufacture and necessary documentation in chinese / english language 
- communication with german colleagues about developemnt and project 
- pre- and developemnt and make concepts/solutions of projects.

岗位职责： 
1.生产计划的制定、实施和掌控，协调各部门的日常工作；
 
2.技术力量的培养，制定教育训练计划，提升员工操作技能，培养多能工；
 
3.原材料的准备， 
4.生产流程的分析及优化，标准生产作业规范的制定 
5.负责对生产部人员进行绩效考核、评估等管理工作；
 
6.负责生产过程中产品质量的掌控和分析，有效控制各工序，提高产品质量， 
7.生产现场的调度，做好5s及安全工作的控制 
8.负责进行定期的物料盘点，确保生产物料的准确性 
9.负责组织进行产品质量的评估并持续改善。 

任职资格: 

教育背景: 
理工类或相关专业本科以上学历。 

培训经历: 
受过生产管理、管理学、管理技能开发、项目管理、产品知识等方面的培训。 

经 验: 
熟悉汽车零部件或者配套件的生产流程 
曾接受过iso9001、ts16949体系认证 
3年以上生产管理经验。年龄30岁以上。 

技能技巧: 
熟悉所在产业、行业的生产过程， 
熟悉生产规程以及质量标准；
 
熟练使用办公软件；
