the job

as a resident engineer here, you’ll be part of our engineering team located in suzhou. you’ll get to:
？product engineer for mature products.
？provide technical support to plant manufacture, solve quality issues and potential concerns. technical support to develop 2nd source and backup tooling’s qualification.
？responsible for product warranty reduction, cooperate with global team on research of warranty cases, and provide engineering solution to drive improvements.
？handle product upgrade according to compliance or marketing requirements.
？engineering support to productivity.
？support new product ｄｅｌivery, handle reskin and class3 npd projects.

？knowledge on product manufacturing process, spc, 8d report, 6sigma & pfema process.
？communication in oral english, presentation skills and good teamwork spirit.
？good learning capacity, problem solving ability and strong sense of responsibility.

responsibilities
?support test to the bldc motor control hardware circuitry for new power tool products, associated documents set up;

qualifications:
?college’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering or electrical autoimmunization. 1+ years electronic product develop support experience;

?motor control or switching power supply product develop experiences is plus;
有电动工具马达驱动电路或开关电源设计工作经验者优先；

as a sr electrical engineer here, you’ll be part of our engineering team located in suzhou. you’ll get to:
?design and develop power electronic firmware and specifications for ac and bldc motor controls for power tools.
?develop the bldc motor control hardware circuitry for new power tool products, following the testing, and associated documents set up;
?participate the new electronic module manufacture building, and the relevant tester development in the suppliers.
?get involved in the power tool phase testing process, timely ａｄｄressing occurred technical issues, offering the practical solution.
?in ｃｈａｒge of the mature products line maintain, providing cost down solutions to exiting products.
