岗位职责

负责处理（ict/fct）生产过程中测试不良,快速换线

负责生产测试设备的每天,每周,每月校准，维修与保养

ict测试程序的优化，减少downtime

负责分析（ict/fct）测试的不良品并记录在测试分析报表内

熟练撰写ict/fct测试wi的制作

在上述领域保持良好的5s和esd秩序, rohs 和非 rohs 的工具保持分离

支持测试工程师处理相关问题生产

监督,协调服务和维修测试技术系统

对操作工定期进行产品和设备相关技术的培训 ，并模拟考试试卷

任职资格

有2-3年电子公司或ems公司的工作经验

有3-5 年电子公司ict/fct工作经验

熟练操作和维护ts124或228x设备和其它品牌的设备

掌握分析测试仪器仪表的使用与操作，如示波器，万用表，电烙铁

具备电子电路原理图知识，对不同电子元器件的性能有一定程度了解

熟悉iso质量体系，以及相关ipc标准

具有良好的5s和esd知识

对半导体器件有相关测试经验者优先

有团队合作精神

具备结构性和系统性的思维，主动和灵活

1) working tasks

- to make flow ｃｈａｒts routings and work instruction for hla and cable assembly process.

- to work as a hla and cable npi and product transfer project responsible key person.

- coordinate with sourcing to ensure correct and on time ｄｅｌivery parts from suppliers.

- to solve and analyze technical and quality problems in hla and cable assembly

- support production in hla and cable assembly process related issues

- support customers and kitron sister sites in hla and cable assembly process related issues

- communicate with the hla and cable assembly tooling/ fixture/equipment suppliers

- factory and production line layout/improvement job

- product manufacturing, packing instruction

- train operators with relevant technologies on regular basis with own working instruction

- ie layout and process improvement and measurement

2) qualifications

- with bachelor degree and major in mechanical or electro-mechanics

- experience in high level assembly and tooling/fixture making in ems industry is preferred

- be familiar with lean manufacturing, 6sigma and worked with cables will be a plus

- engineering thinking and logic minded, good experience to handling new product bom, drawing from customer

- structured and systematic, proactive and flexible

- initiated with team working spirit and good communication

- be familiar with assembly tools, fixtures and equipment in different types

- good at both written and oral english is needed

- good at ie knowledge and project management is preferred

- be familiar with iso quality systems

工作职责

熟悉选焊（ersa设备），波峰焊，手焊，激光焊，清洗，三防涂敷，分板，预成型，box组装等工艺。

上述相关设备的维护，维修，及新设备的引进评估。

上述相关工艺夹具，治具的设计与制作。

解决和分析日常生产中的技术和质量问题，良率和效率的持续改善。

支持npi项目或其他项目的移交。

在上述过程中支持客户和kitron集团工厂。

统筹安排技术员的工作事项，培训和激励技术员持续进步，达成部门目标。

生产工艺作业指导书制作。

完成上级安排的其他工作

任职资格

4-10年smt,pcba组装相关工作经验。

丰富的行业经验，具备在***时间洞察本质，解决问题的能力。

逻辑清晰，预见性强，往往能把事情一次做对。

良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。

具备精益生产，6西格玛，自动化生产知识者，优先考虑。

敬业爱岗，做事细心，严谨认真。

良好的英语口语和书写能力。
