1 、负责产品的用户、竞品、市场等调研和分析，输出市场分析报告，预测市场前景，寻找市场机会，结合公司战略目标，制定最优化的市场策略；
2 、承担市场开拓的职责，制定产品的推广策略等，搭建销售渠道，完成产品的市场准入与市场管理；
3、 制定相应产品推广计划，准备推广所需材料，对销售及代理商进行培训；
4、与重点客户和关键人脉建立长期良好的沟通关系，有效输出公司价值观；同时了解客户潜在需求并提交客户需求分析报告；
5、积极参与公司内部沟通协调，协助其他部门提供客户/市场数据信息，协调部分项目进度等。

1、具有使用量检具以及检测仪器的检验能力实施培训工作；
2、具有品质控制与管理经验；
3、熟悉公司各项规章制度及工作流程，合理安排下属岗位工作，正常组织检验工作；
4、具有较强的质量意识和责任心，有良好的沟通能力，建立良好的横向合作关系；
5、具备一定的领导能力和号召力，组建高效工作团队，适应高压工作；
6、大专以上学历，机械相关专业；
7、参加过质量管理、质量工具使用、iatf16949体系方面的相关培训。

job responsibility:
-to ensure the products’ stabilities in manufacturing process
-perform complex standard production capacity calculations and feedback to planners to meet customers requirement.
-prepare and formulate standard operations documents
-provide training to the shop floor employees in cell certification & cross function
-analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes
-to improve productivity and consistency of final products
-be responsible for upgrading current production line
-design new product line layout, tooling and fixtures to improve productivities, quality and safety prevention in operation.
-ｓｅｌｅｃｔ and introduce manufacturing equipment
-analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage.
-be responsible for related production line ehs risks assessment and eliminate by manufacturing process control.
-support junior me and provide necessary guidance
-maintain iso9001& iatf16949 quality system in production line

qualifications:
-a/bs degree or equivalent
-must have an engineering degree in either manufacturing, design, industrial, mechanical or equivalent
-minimum 4 to 6+ years relevant working experience
-high level manufacturing knowledge specially in mechanical.
-this individual must be familiar with lean manufacturing practice, have in-depth knowledge of automobile industry operation requirement.
-must be a computer literature
-well understand iatf16949 requirement
-knowledge of cost acｃｏｕｎｔing is preferred
