- this position’s main responsibilities are to continue to develop and implement bromine product stewardship process for all of apac for qualifying customers, warehousing and inland carriers, for auditing existing customers, warehouses and qualified inland carriers.
- develop audit schedules and plans; identify risks in handling bromine during inspection; work with hseq to have joint audit schedule thereby maximizing effectiveness and utilization of resources. develop audit protocols and conducts audits to assess compliance. document findings. communicate status of any non-conformances. follows up to ensure any non-conformances are addressed in a timely manner
- work on the development and leads the emergency response consortium for china to address any transport or environmental bromine incidents through deployment and coordination of emergency responders, technical and product stewardship support.
- conducts regulatory training of lanxess managers and employees on regulatory compliance requirements. trains customer in proper use of personal protection equipment (ppe) and product stewardship procedures. follows up as appropriate.
- support country hseq gf to manage crisis which is triggered by incidents relating bromine.
- handling of general hseq-related topics in the apac region, e.g., support incident reporting, and other hseq topics. main point of contact for all hseq related topics in apac region.
requirements:
bachelor’s degree in chemical related, fire prevention and/or safety/chemical engineering or related fields,
5-10years working experience, focus on young potential.
rich project management experience
leadership experience, focus on influence skill
national certified safety engineer,
dangerous goods compliance base on un modal regulations
deliver dangerous goods training in imdg code for ocean shipments, dangerous goods iata for air shipments
knowledge in dangerous goods regulations for the apac regions
excellent communication skill (chinese, english)
readiness to travel, 50% -

manage orders from quote to cash, using reports and system tools , this would include, but not limited to: managing customer enquiries and requests, requests for updates and maintenance of customer masters, managing, tracking and expediting customer orders, initiating customer product return process, proactive involvement in resolving customer complaints, create and maintain customer information records, process billing documents, review billing errors, and issuance of corrections as needed.
complete all customer service duties related to order entry and management for all customers.
communicate effectively and build strong relations with customers, sales managers, warehouses and plants and all other internal groups required to meet customer needs
understand demand requirement planning (drp) as it relates to order fulfillment.
discuss availability issues with customers, employing methods of resolution such as negotiating lead-time, alternative ship points, etc.
recognize changes in customers demand and provide feedback to sales and business leads
identify inventory status and product availability options and assist production planners in establishing levels based upon customer’s forecast
understand and apply knowledge of operational and technical functions in department. serves as a troubleshooter and recommends solutions and enhancements to sales and customers.
understand and comply with business policies and compliance regulations
requirement:
fluent korean (both speaking and writing)
sap order processing skill is a plus -

execute the accurate operation in inet(tm & cms system) and ensure timely delivery in all related logistic process incl. but not limited to import, export, domestic transportation.
freight billing check on monthly base
for each transport order, pre-active and sufficient communication with internal customer and external suppliers via phone/email/system/meeting etc. to secure business running without interruption.
be able to solve level 1 problems and timely escalate level 2&3 problems to logistics procurement.
other tasks required by line manager.
job requirement:
bachelor and above, major in logistics, supply chain related.
5 years and above in relevant area, like import-export operation
good written english, oral english is a plus -
