1. 负责按制程检验规范要求对制程产品进行首件、巡回、末件检验工作；
2. 对检验产品进行判定、记录；
3. 对检验不合格品进行标识、隔离并反馈；
4. 对返工及选别产品进行二次检验工作；
5. 对本岗位的检具、量具进行定期校正；
6. 统计制程产品批次合格率；对制程不良品区域产品处置情况进行监督；

1)participate in and drive cross-functional sourcing projects, as a project manager and contributor
2)responsible for nda/rfi/rfq for ｓｅｌｅｃｔed categories with a high focus on commercial side.
3)develop, cbd analysis, benchmarking, negotiate, and finalize contracts based on category strategy.
4)developing regional suppliers, preparing, and ｅｘｅｃuting annual savings plans to meet procurement targets.
5)supplier relationship management - maintain, optimize, and develop collaboration with suppliers.
6)analyse and report supplier spend & kpi’s (savings productivity, dpo, contract coverage etc.)
7)key suppliers’ qms & process audit, risk assessment regularly, capacity analysis and security production
8)apqp plan development, monitoring, sampling, work with stakeholders to approve isr and sign psw.
9)solve suppliers’ quality issues – trouble shooting, improving supplier ppm level.
10)supplier quality development, providing market intelligence reports to stakeholders.
11)other tasks assigned by category manager, supporting to other category development regionally.
qualification：
1. bachelor’s or above degree majoring in electronic technology or mechatronics or vehicle engineering.
2. minimum 5 years automotive working experience related to sourcing and supplier quality management.
3. good project management skill to handle complicated assignment and/all projects according to priorities.
4. skilled negotiator with good communication and english skills in reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
5. good strategic thinking including ability to work on operational levels, ｄｅｌivering cost reductions projects.
6. strong problem-solving skills with team-work mind and result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working under time pressure, having sense of urgency, humour, cooperative attitude.
7.very well-developed analytical skills, details oriented with strong finance acumen.
8. willing to travel to visit and audit suppliers frequently domestic .
9. be familiar and good at microsoft office tools like word, excel, power point etc.
10. good electronic knowledge and skills are a plus, such as can communication, pcb, gas/pressure/liquid temperature sensors, electronic component knowledge related with after treatment system.
