    ?deliver professional air freight service to reach customer satisfaction.

    specific accountabilities
    ?ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s iso 9001, iso14001 and ohsas18001 standard.
    ?communicate with domestic & overseas schenker colleagues and local clients to ensure a smooth air freight shipment handling.
    ?fulfill the daily operation responsibility in a timely, accurate and professional manner. the work scope includes documentation, data entry, invoicing, rate / service enquiry response, etc.
    ?organize air freight shipment with a professional and efficient way.
    ?provide sales team with local shipper or consignee’s information from overseas nominated business.
    ?perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.

    experience and qualifications
    ?bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred

  • 空运客服 Customer Service Airfreight:

    general description:

    ·         enhance on high quality services focus on customers’ expectation, with timely, efficiency and providing accuracy information to minimize customer complaints. ensure high quality service in line with kpi.


    specific accountabilities:

    ·         ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s iso9001/iso 14001 and ohsas18001.

    ·         communicate with internal &external customers to ensure a smooth air freight shipment handling.

    ·         communicate with internal &external service provider via email or other way to proceed air freight shipments.

    ·         organize air freight shipment in line with general / specialized sop, including booking/inland transportation arrangement/custom declaration/documentation issue/tracking/billing .

    ·         key in data into company’s operation system in a timely manner.

    ·         perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.

    ·         meet or exceed “key performance indicators” (kpi’s) set for own functions.

    ·         pro-actively act on behalf of customers and to handle all customer service-related requests and tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

    ·         assist in business implementation and problem-solving processes by participating in joint sales calls.


    skills required:

    ·         being familiar with air import and export procedures, customs requirement, etc.

    ·         knowledge of international trade and relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

    ·         detail-focused and result-oriented, being able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

    ·         common computer knowledge with good skills of ms office suite (words, excel, powerpoint, etc.).

    ·         good command of english in both oral and written, cet-4 or above is preferred.

  • Business Development Executive:
    general description:


    · gain business with new customers (close the deal!) and additional business with existing clients.

    · ‘own’ your customers and maintain/strengthen customer relationship.

    · identify air, ocean, land and logistics business opportunities in the respective sales territory; know your clients, their industries, market potentials, competitors.

    · ensure account’s receivables (dso/overdue) are in control; manage credit applications for own clients.

    · promote on the market of schenker’s leading position as global logistics provider.




    specific accountabilities:


    · ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s iso9001/iso 14001 and ohsas18001.

    · achieve agreed annual volume target for air freight (kgs) and ocean freight (units)

    · achieve agreed annual revenue target for land transportation & rail.

    · achieve agreed gp based on sub-regional targets.

    · achieve min. sales calls + virtual sales calls, 30/week

    · achieve min. sales pipeline (annual target volume x 10).

    · individual target (personal development, policies, disciplinary targets, and specific sales behaviors) defined by sub-regional sales managers.

    · achieve min. qualified sales leads (min. 15) for air, ocean, logistics and land transport per quarter.

    · provide quotations and business solution support to your customers.

    · do frequent customer visits (customer penetration) to ensure positive market visibility.

    · align with kam/rdm and pm on the respective strategies.

    · ensure sales cloud system always update according to company policy&sop.

    · coordinate the resolution of business issued with stakeholders.

    · ensure account’s receivables (dso/overdue) are in control; manage credit applications for own clients.

    · actively communicate to clients & internal stakeholders on all customer related topics.

    · perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management.


    skills required:
    · knowledge of international trade and relevant laws, regulations, process and procedures.


    · knowledge of common it tools (ms office suite, customer service applications, tracking + tracing tools etc.).
    · strong presentation skills.

    · proficiency in written and spoken business english and mandarin.


    experience and qualifications:
