- grinding and fitting of ｉｎｓｅｒｔs’ bottom surfaces and ａｄｄ marks.负责镶块底面的研配及打钢字标识

- chamfer with angle grinder. 使用角磨机进行模具的倒角

- make fabrication chute;

- the connections between sheet metal and fixed and drill;

- responsible to move die with crane lifting or relevant equipment;

responsibilities 工作职责
1,enhance leadership in shopfloor continually, training press shop technicians.
1,持续提高车间领导力，培养车间自己的点焊和热成型技术人才。
2,involve process and die audit review for new programs with eng team, following new program try out from press shop side with eng team and responsible the final buy off for spot equipment & hf dies.
2,参与工程方面的新项目工艺及模具开发工作，作为冲压车间代表跟踪新项目调试并对点焊设备和热成型模具终验收负责。
3,responsible for all downtime and scraps caused by production process and die issues.
3,对由于量产模具和工艺问题带来的停机和报废负责。
4,edit and supervise process documents (pfmea, flowｃｈａｒts, error-proofing plan, wi, training documents) is implemented in production.
4,督导过程文件（潜在失效模式分析、流程图、防错计划、作业指导书、培训文件）编制和在生产上被执行 。
5,support production manager to reduce production cost (increase utilization rate, reduce consumable cost and increase productivity).

qualifications 任职要求
1,minimum 2 years work-related experience in an automotive environment.
1,至少2年的相关工作经验在汽车领域。
2, bachelor degree in tooling or mechanical related major.
2,本科以上学历，模具或机械等工科专业。
3,excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
3,极好的组织能力，领导能力及解决问题能力。
4,strong ｅｘｅｃution.

5,good english skills written and verbal.

6,press experience is preferred.

qualifications necessary to do the job/岗位要求

- minimum of 5 yeas hands-on working experiences in tooling industry/
具有五年以上的冲压模具制造加工实际操作经验。

- excellent communication and interpersonal skill/良好的沟通、协调能力。

- good knowledge of die production, including production procedure, property of equipment involved and other specific knowledge relating to die field. /了解模具制造流程、所用设备性能等相关知识。

- good organizational skill and scheduling ability/具有良好的组织能力和计划能力。

- outstanding leadership capability/出色的管理能力。


main duties/主要职责

- ensure customer production requirement through effectively coordination of schedules, manpower planning, take concrete measures to effectively cope with any problem arising from production
合理安排生产和人员以满足进度要求，处理和解决生产过程中出现的问题；

- be closely collaboration with other departments regarding continuous improvement on production and products quality as customer demand.
与相关部门进行沟通，包括生产持续改善、产品质量的提高、任务的分配及问题处理；

- develop and carryout comprehensive and standardized programs to prevent and reduce occurrence of any discrepancy relating products、process、quality;

- identify and record any problems relating to the product、process and quality system
对产品生产加工及品质等方面做好跟踪记录；

- control the further processing, ｄｅｌivery or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected;
