  • Technical Content Engineer:
    responsibilities:
    ?develop and execute content management strategies, including content planning, creation, and publishing schedules.
    ?write high-quality marketing copy, including product descriptions, promotional materials, blog articles, etc., to promote company products and brand.
    ?work with global application team to complete experiments and localize articles and other content to adapt to local market needs and cultural backgrounds.
    ?organize and manage product materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and easy access.
    ?collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure timely delivery and coordination of content and materials.
    ?research and gather information on industry trends and applications to provide valuable insights into content strategy and lead-generation opportunities

    requirement:
    ?bachelor’s degree or above in chemical, electronics, optoelectronics, analytical instruments, or related fields preferred.
    ?relevant work experience in content management, marketing copywriting, or application engineer.
    ?excellent written communication skills and writing abilities, able to produce high-quality marketing content in english and chinese.
    ?strong organizational skills for content management and ability to manage and organize large volumes of product materials and documents.
    ?strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with personnel from different departments.

  • OEM销售经理 华北区:

    responsibility :

    1.working with the local and globe sales team to define sales strategies and execute a plan to compete and win market share and accelerate market growth across all areas of the industry / oem segments, including but not limited to life science / bio / pharm, semi-conductor, ce, food & agriculture.
    2. disrupt the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase ocean insight’s unique value proposition to grow the oem business.
    3. become a trusted advisor, listening to and understanding the customers true problems and help customers think through solutions, generate awareness and value around the ocean brand with all segment with other oem sales team members as well.
    4. engage with industry experts, identify industry tradeshows and events, develop a target networking plan and define strategies to increase awareness of ocean’s solutions.
    5.develop and follow up big opportunities and big accounts in the research and science sector, manage the distribution channels in the region and provide timely support to the channel, sensitive to new application and new market and share with team
    6.own your business segment and review sales numbers (pricing, inventory, sales cycle, etc). grow existing accounts to their full potential, meeting or exceeding all sales targets aligned to fiscal year priorities across revenue, focused on increasing margin and reach the sales target year by year.
    7.drive product and solution evolution working with engineering and product development and marketing teams, delivering customer commitments on time and on budget
    8.maintain industry expertise, constantly upskilling and learning to stay ahead of market opportunities and capitalize on new programs and investments
    9.proactive planning to do business development to gain valuable leads, value your leads. aggressively follow-up pursue and close leads. ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data is maintained in salesforce and oracle. conversion is a critical component of success.

    requirement:

    1.5+ years working experience in senior sales roles in the life science / bio/ pharm, semiconductor, consumer electronics, photonics, environmental, industry markets.
    2.an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, bringing a natural curiosity for what “can be” and the willingness to challenge boundaries and explore the unknown
    3.exceptional presentation skills and storytelling capability to deliver keynotes with large audiences
    4.excellent skills in planning, communications, analytical capabilities and attention to detail
    5.an active curiosity about our staff and culture, our industry, and importantly, understanding the true value of our sales proposition
    6.a great mentor and coach, bring up the oem sales team and working between departments successfully to achieve the company target yoy.
    7.proven track record increasing market share, converting sales and building lasting customer relationships
    8.outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence cross group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success
    9.ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity
    10.ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization, influencing culture and decisions
    11.demonstrated critical thinking capacity, while maintaining a wholistic business view (ability to operate at tactical and strategic levels)
    12.strong bias for action, a high sense of urgency and the ability to drive results
    13.high standard of ethics and integrity
    14.bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
    15.bilingual, chinese and english
