工作职责包括但不限于：
the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. 负责采购生产所需国内物料或为其他部门采购所需非生产线物料（如设备、夹具等）。
responsible for purchasing domestics goods for operations and indirect materials (including equipment, fixture and etc.) for other departments .
2. 根据采购需求下达订单，并跟进到货和付款等后期工作。
place po according to purchase requisition, and follow up receipt and payment in a proper way.
3. 响应生产计划以及保证供应商准时交货率。
respond the production plan and assure the on-time ｄｅｌivery rate.
4. 及时处理不合格品报告
deal with ncr with suppliers.
5. 向部门经理递交月度采购报告
provide required monthly reports to the manager.
6. 其他部门经理安排的工作。
other tasks assigned by the manager.

任职要求：
to ｓｅｌｅｃｔ this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:
1. 机械专业或相关专业本科学历。
bachelor degree in mechanics or equivalent experience.
2. 制造业5年采购经验。
5 years of progressive purchasing experience in a manufacturing setting.
3. 英文沟通能力良好。
ability to communicate verbally as well as written in english.
4. 熟练使用办公软件、erp系统等。
proficient skills of using ms software, erp and etc.
5. 良好的沟通、人际交往及谈判技巧。
good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
6. 正直、诚实并有责任心。
strong personality with integrity, honesty and responsibility.
