任职要求：
1. 中专及以上学历。
2. 至少3年生产类企业品质检验的工作经验，能正确熟练使用卡尺、千分尺等检具。
3. 熟悉机加工或压铸件或表面处理或注塑件等。
4. 会使用excel, word, outlook 等办公软件。
5. 较强的沟通能力，较强的品质意识，善于发现问题和解决问题。




工作职责：
1. 在公司内进行样品检验以及批量生产的产品品质检验。
2. 进行供应商现场样品检验以及批量生产的产品品质检验。
3. 收集并分析检验数据，据此制作质量文件和报告给qc主管。
4. 协助质量工程师解决来自供应商及客户投诉的质量问题。
5. 处理好日常办公室工作，图纸维护，检验工具的维护保养以及遵守品质部门各项体系和流程。
6. 主管安排的其他工作。

任职要求 job requirements：

1. more than 5 years working experience in quality

至少五年以上品质经验   

2. associate’s degree or above, major in mechanical or related major

机械类相关专业大专及以上学历   

3. good written english and oral english  

具有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力 

4. familiar with production process and processing technology  

熟悉生产流程及常见的加工工艺  

5. familiar with mechanical drawings and familiar with office software such as excel, word, outlook

熟悉机械图纸，熟悉掌握excel, word, outlook等办公软件

6. handle the technology and quality problems related to suppliers independently 

能够独立处理与供应商相关的技术问题、质量问题   

7. strong quality awareness, good at discovering the quality problem

具有较强的质量意识，善于发现产品质量问题   

8. positive, responsible, team work spirit, good at communication

工作主动，富有责任感，团队协作，善于沟通

1. responsible for the review to monitoring and measurement equipment according to the control process of contract review, ensure the effectiveness of review.

根据合同评审控制程序负责对检测设备和检测手段进行评审，确保检测工作的有效性。  

2. take part in the review of volume production po.   

参与量产订单评审。    

3. make qcs based on product specification, and train qc to ensure their understanding and ｍａｓｔｅｒing.

根据产品规范编写质量控制标准，并培训qc 确保他们完全理解和掌握。    

4. participate in trial run, record and track the problems found in trail run, ensure main problems being solved and closed before mass production.    

参与小批量试跑， 记录和追踪小批量试跑中发现的问题，确保主要的问题在批量生产前得到落实和关闭。   

5. monitor and check the ｅｘｅｃution of relative sop and operation instruction in the production process about gi and sub suppliers, ensure the effectiveness of process control.   

监督检查gi自身及供应商生产制程中相关作业规范和作业指导的执行情况， 确认过程控制的有效性。   

6. lead to review the ncr together with ptl, pe etc. according to doc no. 0015 control of nonconformity.   

根据文件号0015不合格控制， 主导ncr评审，ptl、pe等参与。    

7. manage the inspection of sample and mass production, ensure the function, appearance and packing of products to meet the customers’ requirements.   

管理对样品及批量生产的检测，确保产品的功能，外观及包装符合客户要求。    

8. if any problem during the iqc,ipqc or customer complaint, organize relative person to take corrective actions according to doc no. 0015 control of nonconformity, decrease or eliminate the occurrence of problems. reply corrective & preventive report to customer if required by customer.    

对iqc, ipqc和客户投诉中发生发现的问题根据文件号0015不合格控制组织相关人员采取有效的纠正措施，减少和杜绝问题的发生。客户要求时回复纠正和预防报告。   

9. strive to search the continuous improvement opportunities and carry out.   

努力寻找质量持续改善机会，并推动实施。
