  • Senior Trainer:
    - maintain brand regional training system according to national training
    structure
    - professional training support for regional franchise and retailing, including
    classroom training and field coaching
    - assist training manager to manage and execute key training project locally
    - other collaborated training support per needs

    4.communication
    ? communicate with regional sales & retail team & boutiques to support bu
    development
    ? communicate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure
    training execution
    5. coaching
    ? maintain frequent and efficient field coaching for retail team & sales team to
    achieve training goals
    ? organize monthly training catch-up with boutiques to coach boutique trainer
    and offer constructive training suggestions to support boutique trainer
    development and boutique training needs
    6.reporting
    ? regional training issues & specific training program reporting on regular basis
    ? training report by each training session
    ? regional training record and staff registration report
  • 财务专员:
    主要职责

    1 初审员工报销单、按照公司财务制度,沟通报销情况
    2 资金、网银的管理,每周定期提交资金报表、招待费报表
    3 对接银行业务需求,存贷款业务,把控资金余额,适当提出理财或贷款需求
    4 依照原始单据,进行会计凭证的编制
    5 固定资产核对、管理和维护
    6 财务资料的整理、归档,部门支持
    7 领导交办的其他工作


    任职资格
    1 学历 本科及以上
    2 专业背景 专业不限,会计、财务管理、财经优先。
    3 相关工作经验 1-2年
