HR Administrator 人事专员:
general function
support hr operations and activities in various roles and functions including recruitment process, onboarding and leaving process, employee attendance management, employee data maintenance, etc.
primary duties
1.support and coordinate for recruitment in effort of job posting, resume screening, documentation and other routines.
2.complete joining formalities and labor registration for new employee, assist for day one orientation.
3.ensure exit employee comply with leaving procedure, issue employment reference and terminate labor registration.
4.maintain and trace record of leave applications and statistics, advise leave policy and leave record when requested.
5.overtime management including monthly statistics/report/policy communication and ensure ot practice in compliance of labor law.
6.manage labor contract renewal, including prepare contract, contact employee for signature, stamp and file the document.
7.update company org-charts.
8.issue employment certificate to employees when need.
9.work closely with other associates in hr team to achieve high level hr deliveries.
10.performs duties consistent with the company’s goals and policies.
11.performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
knowledge, skills and abilities required
?university graduate with 1 year of experience in hr area, shoes industry and mnc experience preferred.
?knowledge of labor laws and regulations in china, other asia countries will be a plus.
?positive and proactive, good communication skills.
?detail oriented, good team player. good interpersonal skills.
?possess good command of spoken & written english and chinese.
?proficient in pc applications including ms word, excel, powerpoint.

鞋类开发协调员 (Contractor):
general function
this position will monitor product development data from system, ensure data accuracy and provide reports on different levels for performance indicators and business insights.
primary duties
1. support plm/bw training to both external and internal users.
2. provide plm system troubleshooting solutions for asia brand teams, reporting system issues to supervisor when necessary.
3. audit brand plm data integrity and communicate as needed when corrections are necessary.
4. track milestone development on-time sample data and report out on a weekly basis.
5. track seasonal buy ready data and report out on a weekly basis.
6. consolidate seasonal allocation report through plm to generate data.
7. provide sales sample delivery report on quarterly basis.
8. transfer tracking report on bi-weekly basis.
9. generate brand adoption report utilizing plm data.
10. generate factory pd scorecard on quarterly basis.
11. coordinate system enhancement requests and test for feature improvements.
12. performs other duties as required/assigned by manager and/or supervisor.
knowledge, skills and abilities required
· strong capability for reading, writing, and speaking english
· proficiency in microsoft office with strong excel knowledge
· basic database understanding
· strong communication skills
· able to work independently and under heavy pressure
· minimum 2 years of work experience
· systems knowledge with both erp and plm preferred

requirements and skills
1.bachelor’s degree and above, major in finance, accounting, economics, business administration related.
2.proficient in english
3.practical knowledge and skills in using sap / sac / bw and other common microsoft applications.
4.3+ years working experience in regional fp&a role.
5.commercial acumen with solid accounting knowledge and strong financial analytics / summarizing / presenting skills.
6.strong interpersonal skills to enable effective collaboration across countries and functions.
7.ability to meet tight deadlines.
8.strong customer focus and service orientation. -
