一、工作内容
1、从erp系统导出所有未进料明细，跟催快到交期以交期的物料交货状况。
2、处理品质异常单，新产品询价、询样，跟进生管当天产生的特急物料回厂。
3、处理生管请购单，生成采购订单、传达供应商。
4、负责外购成品塑胶原料的询价、询样、下单。
5、查阅邮件，处理工作邮件、文件资料及报价单的日常整理。
二、任职要求
1、熟练使用计算机办公软件/erp系统操作，
2、塑胶制品行业零部件供应商开发管理、采购经验2年以上。
3、熟悉采购流程，有一定的采购岗位工作经验，能有效独立完成采购订单交期的跟进和品质异常处理及资料整理归档，采购对账工作。

areas of responsibility
1.be responsible for product’s technical management, focus on npd/nsd.
负责公司产品的技术管理工作，特别是npd/nsd项目。
2.understand the strategy and business plan, participate in the development of product roadmap, making the product deｓｃｒｉｐｔion after marketing, customers and competitors’ analysis.
理解公司的战略与业务规划，参与制定产品的路线图，基于对市场、用户、竞品的分析，形成产品规格书(pd)，并推动产品开发。
3.cooperate with cross departments (pm/id/marketing/sqe…) and odm/oem, fully involved in the development of npd/nsd, leading internal designer team to make sure the spec is reasonable and achieve project target.
与跨职能团队协作，包括但不限于项目管理，产品营销，研发与工业设计，制造与采购，品质管理及oem/odm，深度参与从概念到量产的新品开发过程中，带领研发小组确保产品成功、且最终产品符合最初确定的产品需求定义并达成项目目标。
4.cooperate with sales team and marketing team, giving professional ｄｅｌivery in sales strategy and product plan.
与销售和市场团队协作，共同讨论确定产品营销策略与产品上市计划，为销售和市场营销提供支持。
5.monitor the information from marketing side and customer, providing the key technical facts in managing the product life cycle.
监控分析产品市场表现和用户反馈，从技术方面提出并推动落实产品生命周期的管理建议。

5.excellent communication skills and the ability to understand others (especially with engineers).

6.strong project management ability, having the experience of external advanced supplier cooperation technology, product development is preferred.
有较强的项目管理能力，有外部先进供应商合作技术、产品开发经验者优先。
7.product management experience in overseas market is preferred.
有海外市场产品管理工作经验者优先。
8.understand vac test standard and method, especially iec 60335 series.
了解相应的测试标准和测试方法，特别是iec 60335系列。
9.excellent english written/read/listen/speak ability, enable to host english meetings.

工作职责essential duties and responsibilities
1、开发驾驶式洗地车，3d & 2d及产品功能设计
develop new ride-on scrubber, 3d & 2d structure and function design
2、负责模具及手板跟进、确认及相关改善
responsible for tooling and prototype building tracking, confirm and relevant improvement
3、准备技术文件，包括产品图纸，验证报告，dfmea等，确保文件符合公司的标准
prepare technical documentations including product drawings, evaluation reports, dfmea etc. and ensure the documentation be line with company standard
4、负责项目阶段产品现场的问题分析，解决并提供改善方案
responsible for on-site problem analysis and solution, and provide improvement solutions
职位要求qualifications
1、本科学历工程类相关专业
bachelor’s degree in engineering
2、资深机械工程的技术经验，有商用清洁机器人设备产品及相关产品开发的工作经验优先
solid engineering experience in mechanical design, cleaning product or related product development experiences are preferred.
3、熟练运用creo 或其他同类的设计软件
skilled application of creo or other similar design software
4、善于沟通
be good at communication
5、良好的英语书写技能，口语需要能简单沟通 （专业层面）
