职责描述：
1、熟悉电机参数设计与计算，懂得装配技术和工艺设计及电测性能参数监控。
2、负责公司电机相关产品的工艺的编制、改进等工作。
3、负责工艺审核、修订完善bom和工时定额工作。
4、协助生产部门需要的技术支持，并对新产品试制进行全程跟踪。公司工艺方案、工艺流程的设计，负责组织车间工艺审核，设备、工装模具调配。
5、参与新产品的设计开发，协助车间制定新产品的试制工作计划，对准备工作和修改工作实行管理，审核设备工装的使用，并检查设备及工装生产要求符合性。
6、协助车间按计划组织生产，与质量部门密切合作，分析生产流程冲突，对与工艺有关的问题提供解决方法，及时妥善处理生产现场出现的质量、技术问题。
7、指导员工严格按工艺流程进行生产。
8、协助车间按规定制定、编写、修订岗位安全操作规程，监督、检查各工序员工严格执行；

9、负责车间各种工艺记录的管理和修订工作，认真检查工艺记录的填写和保存情况，检查并指导员工填写好、用好记录，定时收集、整理、装订、归档；

10、负责员工的工艺技术培训工作，组织员工学习工艺规程和各种标准操作程序，教育员工遵守工艺规程，并建立严格的检查制度，保证工艺规程和操作规程的正确执行，提高生产操作水平，保证生产顺利进行。
岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，英语四级以上。5年以上电机行业工作经验、工艺文件编制工作经验。
2、机电一体化类专业 ，电机相关专业优先
3、熟悉电机行业标准及运用了解fmea、dfema、ppap、iso9001、。
4、掌握常用办公软件及erp系统运用，工艺工程方法与工具。熟练使用autocad和solidworks二维三维软件等，能够阅读并解释、运用各类技术文件及说明。
5、熟悉工时定额与生产成本核算
6、具备解决现场故障的能力，统计调查分析能力，善于发现、寻找并解决问题。

岗位职责
1、负责根据订单中心的销售计划编制生产计划（年、月、周、日），测算设备、人员产能负荷，并根据产能需求情况，做好生产平衡工作；

2、负责控制生产在制品的库存数量，满足生产连续顺畅的情况下，控制在制品资金占用比例；

3、制定并维护生产进度报表，每日跟进生产完成状况，发现问题并推动内外部人员解决问题；

4、负责根据设备产能负荷及人员产能负荷确定加班时间安排；

5、负责本部门生产各类报表的统计、分析、改进工作；

6、完成部门经理、主管安排的其它任务。

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历；

2、3年以上生产计划经验；

3、良好的英语读写能力；

4、熟练使用办公软件、运用erp软件编制生产计划。

? manage risk relating to quality, cost, ｄｅｌivery and supply of purchases ;

? responsible for controlling the company inventory, making sure that the inventory level is reviewed monthly and that the levels meet our company month supply levels ;

? produce regular reports on purchase commitments, costs and ｄｅｌivery performance ;

? team’s management , build and develop talent teams.

qualification：
