qualifications and required skills 资质和技能

· college degree or above.本科及以上学历

该职位负责管理流体控制阀门在中国的生物技术、制药、营养、化妆品和食品加工市场的桑德斯hc4阀门产品销售。主要目标是(1)完成中国桑德斯hc4业务的订单、销售和利润指标;(2)确保crane cp/e saunders hc4在主要最终用户和工程公司的认可供应商名单上，并且被接受为主要供应商;(3)与cp/e中国销售团队及相关分销商密切合作。
工作职责:
在实现crane cp/e saunders hc4产品的利润目标的同时，积极主动地进行资格认证、追求和达成销售业绩。
确保客户认可的供应商名单上有crane的产品，并且被认可为主要制造商/供应商。
识别和开发生物技术、制药和营养市场领域的项目机会。
拜访生物技术、制药和营养市场领域的新老客户，通过安排演示、演讲和培训来推广crane cp/e saunders hc4产品系列，以展示crane为客户需求提供适当解决方案的能力。
发展与各级客户的联系和关系
协助中国区销售总监制定并实施crane cp/e saunders hc4产品的销售和营销策略，并协助中国区销售总监执行价格政策。
