【岗位职责】
1、对接奥妙品牌市场部的设计需求，设计复杂度以kv的基础延展为主，包括并不限于：线上线下活动kv、线下促销posm（插条插卡台卡等），产品电商主图，电商详情页，h5页面等宣传物料的排版与设计；
2、支持奥妙品牌重点会议的ppt模板制作，及美化需求；
3、直线领导临时交办的其他工作任务；
4、可以承接简单的视频剪辑及主视觉设计需求者优先。

【任职要求】
1、获得大学本科及以上学历，工业设计、数字媒体、动画制作等设计相关专业，有相关品牌视觉设计经验者优先（投递岗位时请附上设计作品集）；
2、较好的手绘功底与平面设计能力，良好的色彩搭配感以及造型设计能力，精通ps、ai等设计软件，掌握pr，ae，c4d等软件优先考虑；
3、团队协作能力强，有良好的沟通能力以及较强的抗压能力，责任心强，洞察理解力强；
4、关注各类快消品牌，追求时尚，思维活跃，有创新思维，有较强的时尚视觉触觉和审美能力。

you will play a critical role in shaping the business by conducting external and internal research to identify important growth initiatives. ａｄｄitionally, you will drive strategic initiatives through collaboration with key stakeholders to make a real impact on the organization. your responsibilities will include regional coverage in greater china, korea, and japan. you will report directly to the strategy director and have excellent exposure to the top management team of north asia.
as part of your role, you will:
- conduct independent internal and external research and analysis to support business unit (bu) strategic plans and initiatives.
- collaborate closely with the strategy director to oversee the global annual strategy planning process, facilitate business performance reviews, and prepare comprehensive analyses for leadership teams.
- lead and drive critical strategic projects and initiatives, working in coordination with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- proactively collect and report lessons learned from initiative close-out reviews, and leverage relevant insights to drive organizational capability building.
requirements:
the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- a degree in business or a related field
- 3-6 years of working experience in the management consulting, e-commerce, or consumer packaged goods (cpg) sector. within this experience, a minimum of 2 years should be in management consulting, in-house business strategy of leading interｎｅｔ companies, or leading cpg companies, demonstrating a solid foundation in strategy management.
- strong structured-thinking and analytical skills, including proficiency in tools and methodologies commonly used in strategic consulting.
- a strong interest in the consumer products industry, coupled with a growth-oriented mindset.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

1. lead monthly business analysis report. familiar with nielsen, kantar and etc systems for monthly business tracking.
2. lead brand level communication and key assets ｄｅｌivery, and media plan. include bci, tvc, kv, posm development; and monthly media planning & action.
3. lead in-store activity to drive offtake, proactively lead in-store activation planning, crafting the ideas, set & lock instore activities closely with sales partners.
4. key contact person for dt channel. design & deploy channelized products, and activities.
5. key contact for comfort core products in retail business. define opportunities for core line business growth, and take initiatives to make plans happen.
6. responsible for brand celebrity management.
