1.providing customer support via telephone, e-mail, and/or in-person. responding to customer questions and info request.
2.ensures the accurate processing of customer enquiries, customer forecasts and orders processing.
3.monitors and coordinates the supply chain to ensure the ｄｅｌivery performance.
4.resolving customer complaints; convey info to internal, follow up internal investigation status and com-municate with customers.
5.ensures the creation and correctness of all relevant ｍａｓｔｅｒ data (e.g. sap, crm (customer relationship management), etc.). updating customer database.
6.coordinates and ｅｘｅｃutes all necessary system failure analysis and it tests.

experience and competencies 所需的经验和能力
1.university degree, in economics, foreign studies, scm, project management or related
2.min. 5 years’ experience in multinational companies, min. 3 years in customer service
3.familiar with sap system
4.the ability of project development, follow-up and coordination
5.fluently spoken and written english and mandarin.
6.good communication skills.

2）中专学历且有至少3年的cnc实操经验，亦可考虑
3）金属材料或无机非金属材料cnc、切割等冷加工经验
4）会使用cad
5）会基础编程
6）良好的沟通能力

主要职责：
1）根据客户需求加工玻璃样品，供客户评估
2）操作现有玻璃加工设备，满足相关质量标准，按时交付
3）优化处理参数以提高速度、准确性和产量
4）负责工作场所5s的管理

your tasks:
1.conduct materials and components level optical/mechanical/chemical and reliability/durability testing according to internal and external customer requirements.
2.work directly with application engineers, sales or cross functions teams for the analytical activities, in-cluding scheduling, prioritization, specification etc. ｄｅｌiver reports for all analytics and testings based on the defined templates and approval process.
3.develop test fixtures and optimize metrology methods or systems based on the requirements.
4.analyze the raw data of testings and identify the root cause of different failure mode.
5.maintain the testing equipments and organize the routine calibration.
6.work with third party labs to coordinate and conduct testing as needed.
7.transfer testing capabilities and metrology to customers.
8.follow strictly company policy including ehs, equipment maintenance, lab 5s and compliance and take personal responsibility based on the department guiｄｅｌine.
your profile:
1.bachelor or above (with +2years working experience) in materials, physics, chemistry, or engineering.
2.strong optical/mechanical/material/chemical engineering, durability and testing fundamentals.
3.proven track record as a hands-on test engineer, including test planning, development, ｅｘｅｃution, inspections, root cause analysis, data processing, report writing…
4.excellent written and verbal communications skill in chinese and english.
5.effective interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
6.self-motivated and growth mindsets.
