  • IT Business Analysis Engineer:
    job responsibilities requirements gathering, documentation, designing and implementing business solutions to meet business requirements on digital applications, sap erp and peripheral applications for fabrication business. work with the business users and the technical development team to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. participate in all phases of it application project life cycle, i.e., user requirements definition;
    risk assessment;
    systems analysis and design activities;
    application configuration and testing;
    training and documentation;
    software package selection and implementation. troubleshooting, resolution of incidents, defects timely. user setup/permission, data inquiries and other ad-hoc requests for digital system, sap erp and other misc. applications. proactively advise on process optimization with the best practice in the industry education and experience minimum bachelor degree or equivalent experience in an information technology or business systems related discipline. above 5 years working experience as business analyst in a large scale mnc, especially get used to be in a manufacturing environment at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in analysis/design/test /implementation and administration of a largescale business system. strong business knowledge in fabrication, inventory management, procurement, and knowledge in sales, finance would be a plus proven ability to operate independently as well as within a team environment. must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels. skilled in interpreting customer requirements and proactively turning them into solutions. strong communications skills both oral and written. ability to write reports, procedure manuals and correspondence. ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. solid skill and knowledge in one or more of following systems /development platforms hands-on experience in drawing complicated workflow with visio or other diagramming tools in the format of bpmn, epc or cross function flowchart solid experience in business analysis techniques, such as journey map, value stream, etc. strong skill/experience in ms sql and oracle database, able to make sql to retrieve data working experience in system integrations/interface design familiar with bi reporting system (tableau, power bi, etc.) knowledge/experience/skill in sap erp, digital technology such as cloud, iot/ai/big data, mobile/web app working experience in agile project mgmt. is a plus willing to work in a fast pace, dynamic and high-pressure working environment while providing timely, effective and accurate deliverables other skills and personal attributes strong analytical skills and attention to detail ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment. strong written and verbal communication with solid presentation skills is a must. excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-tasks ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e., self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines) fluent in english.

  • 财务分析主管:

    1. key accountabilities (tasks & responsibilities)

    · work independently and self-driven with people from different businesses functions to obtain information for management reporting

    · take over responsibility for a small but energized team of controlling experts

    · ensure effective analysis or other reports are meeting both financial governance and operation needs

    · ensure an transparent and structured kpis report

    · support the development of financial performance measurement on entity or group base.

    · perform monthly operating analysis and prepare management reports

    · prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly forecast and budget process based on group or region requirement

    · prepare hourly rate calculation and cost controlling

    · prepare ad hoc report and regular deviation analysis required from group and local management

    · other tasks assigned by cfo or management

    2. knowledge & experience

    · university’s degree in accounting or other business-related discipline

    · 7+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years of reporting and analysis

    · strong business ethics, personal qualities of integrity and credibility, lead with a strong integrity and compliance mindset

    · hands on experiences of key financial and business processes as well as good understandings of internal control procedures in a manufacture industry of foreign enterprise.

  • 仪表工程师:
