岗位职责：
1.设备：根据项目要求制定采购、运输、放行计划等，保证设备能准时使用，每月汇报 equipment: define purchasing, transportation and release plan according to project requirement. ensure the equipment can be used in production on time. monthly report. 2.预算跟踪：根据要求申请pam、记录费用申请、使用、入账情况。每月汇报。budget tracking :pam application, purchasing cost application and record. finance book record comparison .monthly report. 3.capex制定：根据budget使用以及项目实际情况，调整、制定capex。3月调整budget-fc1，7月fc2、以及明年的budget、后4年的mtp。 capex: definition and adjustment of capex according to the actual use and project situation. adjust budget –fc1 in march , fc 2 in july, budget for next year and mtp of next 4 years. 4.工厂布局：按照设备计划，制定布局。 plant layout: make layout according to equipment plan. 5.制定报告 make reports including space matrix, cutting machine capacity, free equipment etc.

任职要求： 理工科专业，工业工程背景优先 university subject from engineering, prefer to have background from industry engineering. 汽车行业背景和项目经验优先 prefer to have automotive industry background and project experience. 流利的英语及auto cad使用经验 fluent english and experience with auto cad

job deｓｃｒｉｐｔion：

1. responsible for supplier mla/apqp for new project.

a) perform risk analysis based on leoni bom.

b) ensure quality documents of all stages of mla/apqp are submitted and completed on time.

c) monitor supplier project progress and handle upgrade issues.

d) perform r&r audit before supplier sop.

e) confirm and approve supplier’s sample & ppap.

f) formulate and monitor supplier safe launch, complete mass production handover with plant sqa.

2. conduct new supplier development audit, and push supplier to improve continuously.

3. handle supplier quality issues during project development phase.

? bachelor degree or above

? proficiency in all quality tools: apqp/msa/spc/ppap/fmea

? familiar with iatf16949 and have internal auditor certification.

?vda6.3 auditor certification is necessary.

?familiar with mla (maturity level assurance) is a plus.

?fluent in spoken english.

?strong logical thinking and communication skills.

job deｓｃｒｉｐｔion： quality management and customer interface in leoni production processes o ensures the quality management activities during samples and pre-production phases o ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment o ensures the control of non-conforming products o leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures o responsible for elaboration and follow-up of a quality improvement plan to reach the targets o participates on daily basis on the quality meeting with production (line qrqc) o is authorized to stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risks of non-conforming processes/products o maintains and controls the respect of quality planning for new projects (product and process release) o ensures and coordinates the procedures approval for production processes according to supplier’s specification, customer requirements and internal procedures o ensures the release and follow-up of deviation approval for all segregated processes o registers, monitors and validates data’s within cpk, cmk, etc. o ensures that iatf 16949 standard is maintained for wpa area, is responsible to organize the preparation for iatf audit within his/her area of responsibility o responsible for customer audit in the segment o develops relevant dashboards and monitor kpis o maintains the control quality according to customer requirements and internal procedures o ensures compliance with customer specific requirements, customer technical specifications and internal procedures o participates to production concept review and checks that customer requirements are fulfilled o defines the rework process and rules detailed in product (especially for ksk system, jit, non-jit) o hands over all lessons learned to serial production o maintains the cutting &wpa control plan and participates to fema reviews o within assembly area: maintains the technical documents of the client (drawing, ａｄｄitional drawing, technical change) maintains the use of omnitracker software and customer database maintains the control plan and participates to fema reviews o ppap submit o internal and external quality issue handling .
