1.plan & monitor production & shipment schedule against customer orders
2.check shipping procedure & do booking or apply ｄｅｌivery approval from customer system.
3.follow up with 3rd party or customer inspection with factories if needed
4.monitor factories for shipment booking and cross check customer information
5.work with forwarder/customers to resolve any shipment issues.
6.ｕｐｄａｔｅ the shipment info at fun2
7.report the vessel detail to customer, merchandising & document team.
8.send shipping advice to customer or reply customer of shipment status
9.do weekly outstanding report

at least 5 years working experience in shipping
able to read, speak and write in english
