we were looking for the chemist with this job deｓｃｒｉｐｔion (more in the direction of e.g. lacquer development, understanding in electrochemistry):

-conceptual design and optimization of new products in the field of batteries and fuel cells.
-developing of new transfer products from laboratory scale to a product scale in the energy sector in close cooperation with our production and qa team.
-support of our production team with successful implementation of our new products in production

profile:

-at least has ｍａｓｔｅｒ’s degree in chemistry, material science or the related field
-good knowledge in the field of battery and/or fuel cell development/construction
-good knowledge in polymer- and electrochemistry
-good in teamwork and high communication competence
-competences in ｎｅｔworking

岗位职责:
main tasks:
-complaint handling of bap products
-communication with customers and sales departments for technical issues (foil properties, process issues)
-internal communication with related departments (production, planning, customer service, etc.)
-quality assurance (qa): solving daily issues regarding optical and workability issues of bap products
responsibilities and task details:
-understanding the foil production process of bap products
-supporting and coordination of quality issues for bap products
-self-organization and using 5s disciplines in quality field
-evaluation of defect parts in the field of imd and ｉｎｓｅｒｔ molding
-implementing efficient work flows for the daily quality procedures
-communication with related departments about quality issues
-continues improvement of quality and process parameters
-discuss with colleagues in chinese and english language
任职资格:
-need to be able to communicate in english (write and speak)
-self-dependent working attitude and communication
-engineer or scientific university degree (or background in qa / imd field)
-curiosity in learning and understanding new processes
-printing quality control background
