specific duties and responsibilities

1.timely and accurate processing of various requirements of internal customers
2.creation of orders by timely and accurate processing of order requests
3.correction of price differences between invoiced prices and contracts (orders)
4.support in concluding framework contracts, managing contracts in databases
5.preparation of documents for negotiations and special projects
6.documentation, maintenance and archiving of data and documents in the database of purchasing systems
7.collection, analysis, sorting and maintenance of internal and external purchasing data
8.daily communication with suppliers from all over china by phone and in writing
9.proactive cooperation with commodity buyers and adherence to commodity strategies
10.proactive communication and support for internal customers
