Senior HR Specialist:
§ to execute hr strategies, programs, policies and practices that help the business achieve results.
r § to apply knowledge of company’s business strategies to proactively anticipate human resource needs.
r § to execute against team plans and look for ways to improve productivity as well as profitability.
r § to work with department managers on assessing departmental staffing needs, organizational planning and development, and establish effective recruiting practices to hire qualified personnel timely, legally and cost-effectively.
r § to establishes wage and salary structures, payment policies, and performance appraisal programs.
r § to make regular hr status analysis, diagnose and provide consultation to top management.
r § conduct employee satisfaction survey and make recommendation for improvement.
r § to set up and maintain good relationship and network with local labor authorities and local h.r. community.
r § to be responsible for general administration, including security, housekeeping and other office operational system. -

r your professional background:

r 3、good knowledge in electronic products and market; 熟悉电子产品及市场;

requirements to candidate: 岗位需求
bachelor degree in electronics engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent is a plus.
电子工程、机械工程或相关专业本科学历优先。
minimum 3 years working experience as antechnical salesman of emc / inductors passive components.
emc/电感无源元件销售经验优先。
experience in electronics design circuitand pcb layout.
有电子设计电路和pcb布线经验。
r&d or fae experience in terminaland connector is a plus;
有连接器或端子研发或fae经验者优先;
with proven track record in ability ofperforming design in supports to customers in the region.
有成功的客户端设计推广经验;
must possess strong leadership skill, self-motivated, result-oriented person.
有较强的领导力、积极性及结果导向性;
excellent verbal and writtencommunication & presentation skills.
具备优秀的口头和书面的沟通和表达能力;
proficiency in english and mandarin.
熟练掌握普通话和英语。
