r the core duties of the billing specialist sea freight are to utilize a-z knowledge and expertise in air / sea import and export to fulfill daily jobs like invoice validation, invoicing, and system entry.

r responsibilities and duties
r ?？？responsible for creating bills to customers
r ?？？check and validate invoices from carriers or service providers
r ?？？taking ownership of system entry, invoicing, and payment application process
r ?？？ar management
r ?？？ensuring that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved and escalating queries if appropriate to supervisor
r ?？？responsible for ensuring each shipment are billed timely and accurately
r ?？？maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
r ?？？constantly review working processes with carriers and customers to ensure best practices, but also that fees ｃｈａｒged are in line with competitors
r qualifications
r ·？？？？？？1+ years in sea freight business
r ·？？？？？？ocean freight import or export experience in freight forwarding with billing experience will be an advantage
r ·？？？？？？ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
r ·？？？？？？knowledge of all import/export regulations and documents
r ·？？？？？？excellent verbal & written communication skills (english + dutch, chinese a plus)
r ·？？？？？？exceptional customer service and follow up skills
r ·？？？？？？great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details
r ·？？？？？？the ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.

工作内容：
1、负责客户全段物流链的操作工作（订舱、派车、报关、提单、货物追踪）。
2、负责供应商成本审核、系统录入及请款工作。
3、负责整理及更新客户档案，按月更新客户操作sop及特殊要求。
4、按月统计供应商的情况（增值服务、异常情况、服务感受），月度完成供应商kpi表格。
5、配合销售、运力、客服、财务等团队的工作。
6、完成上级交办的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1、英语等级：4级及以上。
2、学历要求：大专及以上。
3、专业范围：物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业。
4、优先考虑：（1）有一定船东关系或者有自己稳定的客户；（2）有3年以上的同行工作经验；（3）直接沟通单证核对、装箱安排。
5、对海运市场运作、货代市场行情有一定的了解。
6、具有强烈的责任感和忠诚度，工作认真、细致，抗压性强；具有良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，有团队合作精神。
