    s.j. grand is seeking an executive assistant to join our shanghai headquarters and provide comprehensive and professional overall management support to the general manager.

    provide executive and professional support to the gm and other senior executives
    manage calendar, arrange business meeting and daily appointments, writing meeting minutes

    a candidate with 2-3 years of experience as an ea supporting sr. directors / executives and good command of spoken & written english will be well positioned for this role, or have an overseas study background is better.

    job description:
    协助日常人事,行政和出纳工作
    1、大专及以上在校学生,财务、行政、人力资源相关专业优先;
    2、性格开朗、待人热诚、有耐心、有责任感及积极乐观的工作态度;
    3、能熟练操作常用办公软件;
    4、具有良好的职业素养,优秀的执行力、沟通能力与协调能力;
    5、能使用英语作为工作语言,简单沟通。
  • 会计(短期:3个月):

    *针对本岗位,如本人优秀,会考虑长期留用。
    job description:
    1. review fapiaos provided by clients monthly, conduct accounting entries, complete bookkeeping, original vouchers binding in time
    1. 每月审核客户提供的发票,进行会计分录,完成记账,及时装订原始凭证
    2. prepare monthly financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, bank reconciliation, payables, expenses, etc.) within the deadline
    2. 在规定期限内出具月度财务报告,包括资产负债表、损益表、银行对账、应付账款、费用等)
    3. cashier work including payments arrangement, fapiaos collection, fapiaos issuance, fapiaos certification, foreign income declaration, capital entry, capital conversion
    3. 出纳工作,包括申领发票、开具发票、发票认证、境外收入申报、资本金入账、资本金结汇
    4. assist with annual audit mission assigned by seniors
    4. 协助审计师完成年度审计报告

    hard skills:
    - good knowledge of china gl accounting, prc tax compliance
    - 熟悉中国的会计准则,中国税法
    - command of accounting software or erp,
    - 熟悉会计软件或者epr的应用
    - ms office proficiency,
    - 熟悉微软办公软件
    - experience in accounting with foreign invested companies will be a plus
    - 有外资公司会计经验者优先
