following the weekly planning, coordinate with the suppliers and quality team to ensure the shipment will be done on time
process and prepare shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate shipping activities
track shipments and provide ｕｐｄａｔｅs to customers as needed
requirements:
fluent english
proven experience as a shipping clerk or in a similar role
familiarity with shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
strong attention to detail and accuracy
effective communication and interpersonal skills

dinova guangzhou is the buying office for a french disｃｏｕｎｔ department store: la foir’fouille. products are usual goods from supermarket, excluding food and garments.

the company mission are:
1- ｓｅｌｅｃｔ and built a strong source of supply
2- promote products from china to french buyers
3- organize smooth exportation to france
4- dinova is buying fob for the moment but soon will do ex-work shipment too.
5- volume is 5 000 teus per year.

dinova have 70 colleagues divided into 8 teams. they are responsible for sourcing, sampling, translation, designing packaging, production, shipment, reporting, inspection, and quality control.
dinova is looking for a strong, reactive and motivated logistic manager, to supervise the shipping team in ｃｈａｒge of booking and consolidation. the logistic manager is working in close collaboration with the logistic manager in france.

a.main responsibility:
supervise the team doing:
-booking
-consolidation
-freight rate confirmation
-follow-up
review and share the follow up through the company in china and france.

b.qualification requirement:
- good communication skills
- english written and spoken
- college degree will be preferred
- 4 years experience in similar position
