岗位职责：

1.负责制订项目/项目组工作计划，明确项目目标、工作内容、时间进度、人员组成，组织项目立项启动；

2.负责项目的全过程管理和控制，包括立项、开发、上线、测试、交付等各个生命周期的管理并及时汇报进度，保证项目交付满足项目质量标准；

3.负责管理和协调实施、算法、软件、采购等多个团队的工作协调，保证产品项目按照项目计划实施经营；

4.有效管理项目变更和负责风险管理，采取合理措施限度减少工期拖延风险。


职位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子等相关专业；

2.五年以上it项目管理经验，其中至少有两年软开发经验；

3.对人工智能领域有一定的了解；

4.具备优秀的项目管理能力，能够全局把握项目的工作计划、资源协调管理；

5.具备突出的沟通表达能力，有效解决问题的能力；

6.具备强烈的责任心，性格乐观、开朗，工作态度主动积极，注重团队合作；

7.持有pmp证书者优先。

5. manage the spare parts/consumer parts used for on-site maintenance, also responsible for 5s management.
对现场的维修所使用的备件/物料进行管理；并负责现场的5s 管理。
6. carry out standardized construction of on-site maintenance operations, continuously summarize and form standardized process documents.
对现场的维修作业进行标准化建设，不断的归纳总结，形成规范化的流程文件。
requirements 职位要求：
1. major in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation (including hydraulic pressure), college degree or above;
机械设计制造及自动化（含液压）相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2. familiar with the installation and maintenance of continuous casting machine equipment;
熟悉板坯连铸机设备安装及维护；
