we are looking for a technical sales to join our critical infrastructure china business unit, within assa abloy global solutions. in this role you will get a great possibility to work with customers; establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate solutions. the position requires good interpersonal skills, strong technical knowledge and sales skills as well as communication in english. the position reports to head of business development critical infrastructure china, and will be located in shanghai, china. regular travelling in china is required in this role.

1. customer visit, collect customer insight, market voice, competition intelligence, monthly reporting.

2. sales pipeline/project pipeline management, key acｃｏｕｎｔ management, distributor management.

3. new business development, includes both customer hunting and product innovation.

1、客户档案、报价单的完善整理工作；manage customer file, project quotation
2、处理客户订单，使用proｍａｓｔｅｒ，eplanner， eｎｅｔ 系统；place customer order by using eｎｅｔ, eplanner and proｍａｓｔｅｒ
3、协调并管理生产，交期，发货，开票，物流工作；manage production, leading time, shipment, invoice and other logistic/import works
4、管理库存；做好库存计划，缩短交期；manage stocks, provide monthly planning, objective is to shorter the leading time
5、产品测试认证证书维护；maintain product certifications
6、客户反馈、售后服务，维修的协调工作；handle customer feedback, provide post-purchase services, support troubleshooting
7、其他与aags 工厂对接工作以及上级安排的日常工作；coordinate with aags plant team, and daily works
8、定期维护，更新各种技术相关报告. provide all reports needed by global team.

1.本科毕业，机械类优先考虑；1-3年工作经验；bachelor degree with mechanical preferred, young graduates with 1-3 working background can be considered
2.售前设计，技术指导安装，售后服务，客户竞标经验优先考虑; pre-sales design, product installation, project bidding experience are preferred
3.英文可以作为工语言（听说读写），熟练掌握计算机工作软件，可以国内外出差，出差小于30%。english can be the working language, (listen, speak, read and write), good computer skills, national and international travels less than 30%.
