essential duties and responsibilities:
1.monthly payment request preparation and submission for local director vendor purchasing
2.manually ｃｒｅａｔｅ asn (inbound ｄｅｌivery note) in sap
3.monitoring asn creation (manually / automatically) of each po and provide to logistics team for inbound tracking, validate all po items are included and complete gr for asn
4.checking shipping documents by comparing with system order records
5.manually maintain / ｕｐｄａｔｅ po tracker on daily basis
6.spare parts purchasing order entry in sap, order status tracking and logistics coordination between china logistics team and vendors
7.warranty order entry in hillrom jde (pss) per request, order status tracking and related coordination between customer and service team if need
8.checking specification for gss configurable product orders
9.other duties as assigned per request
education, experience and qualifications:
?bachelor degree
?major: trade, logistics, science, engineering, economics, business management
?working experience: 1+ years preferred
?preferred experience: supply / demand planning, supply chain, jde / sap knowledge
?language: fluent english in both written and oral
