    job requirements:
    r 1. bachelor or above, thermal engineering/vehicle engineering/mechanical electronic engineering background;
    r 2. min. 3 years’ experience of new product development on vehicle thermal energy management system or related products, familiar with vehicle coolant and refrigerant components, experience in ev tms module and integration is preferred;
    r 3. proficiency in heat transfer, thermal engineering, fluid mechanics and others, strong theoretical analysis ability, with 3d & 1d simulation ability is preferred;
    r 4. proficiency in the methods and tools of system engineering, familiar with process and key notes of v-model development and automotive components:
    r -the product development process, including the roles and competencies of design, digital engineering and testing;
    r -determine design requirements, design process based on functional requirements and design review;
    r -dfmea, boundary diagram, risk control matrix, master specification;
    r 5. good documentation and knowledge management skills;
    r 6. good communication, teamwork and engineering mindset;
    r 7. highly self-driven and self-lead passion for innovation, research and problem solving, with entrepreneurial mindset;
    r 8. initiative and ability to lead research task force, and implementation of research results in industrial environment.
    r job description:
    r 1. comprehend the development direction of the thermal management system of new energy vehicles, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the technology from a system perspective, and look for opportunities for new product development;
    r 2. work with ae to understand and analyze customer requirements, transform into product technical requirements combining product definition, define product system architecture, segment system levels, define product functions and assign functions, and complete dfmea related work;
    r 3. according to the defined functions, lead the development of product-related modules, design review, risk control, etc., to ensure that the design process is followed and driven by functional requirements. at the same time, complete the corresponding functional verification documents;
    r 4. review and define the product assembly& process together with xf teams;
    r 5. direct and evaluate analysis and other inputs from sme’s and xf team members, advanced tolerance analysis, materials, tribology, reliability, purchasing/supplier management;
    r 6. approve designs, project plans, test plans, reports and other technical documents;
    r 7. employ expert level problem solving and root cause analysis capabilities to expediently resolve problems and lead technical team through this process;
    r 8. drive development projects and coordinate resources as needed to meet assigned objectives, deliverables and schedule;
    r 9. support the organization as a subject matter expert on important technical matters within areas of expertise as needed;
    r 10. contribute to innovation and new product development from the view of system application.
  • 汽车产品工程师:
    job requirements:
    1.engineering technology diploma – mechanical or mechatronics as required;
    2.bachelor degree or above;
    3.3~5 years’ experience in auto industry and global / japan projects preferred;
    4.must be able to read, write and communicate clearly with others in english.

    main responsibility:
    1.design, analyze, troubleshoot, repair and modify products and systems to support litens’engineering development activities;
    2.guidance to initialing internal design, following apqp process for project and support production and technical study;

    daily duties:
    1.plan and perform engineering assignments associated with design or development;
    2.independently evaluate, select, and apply engineering methods, procedures and criteria in making modifications and adaptations;
    3.guide junior product engineer to initialing internal design, including design concept, bom material, ta based on customer input and eco together with technical specialist and application engineer;
    4.guide junior product engineer to preparing ppap deliverables, including spa, dfmea, arranging design review meeting and working with cross functional team based on regular apqp;
    5.investigation on 8d issue and potential technical study projects;
    6.executing routine tasks based on supervisor assignment.
  • 研发测试工程师:

    岗位要求:
    1.本科以上学历,机械或汽车相关专业;
    2.熟悉汽车发动机及其周边部件结构和工作原理;
    3.了解基本产品开发过程;
    4.熟悉常用传感器,测试设备软硬件;
    5.熟悉数据采集和数据分析;
    6.有较好的英语听说读写能力;
    7.3年以上车辆驾驶经验;
    8.3年产品开发测试相关工作经验;
    9.有汽车零部件产品开发经验,了解热管理相关部件工作原理优先;

    岗位描述:
    1.参与新产品开发过程讨论,快速理解产品设计理念和测试规范,设计并跟踪相应测试,完成试验报告准备和相应解释;
    2.根据产品开发需要搭建系统模拟测试实物平台,夹具/治具跟踪,采买、安装传感器,搭建测试系统,操作测试台架和传感器信号采集,数据分析;
    3.理解客户项目要求输入,制定产品验证和测试计划,协调和跟踪国内外试验资源保证客户项目顺利量产;
    4.参与产品失效分析和客户抱怨问题解决,对产品性能,nvh等进行再现和分析;
    5.积极配合,参与新产品开发团队进行新产品开发,提出见解和建议;
    6.在遇到问题时能积极提出解决方案,高效处理问题。
