【职位要求】：

1、五年以上车间一线工作及管理经历，精通制粉车间工艺。
2、熟悉面粉行业的生产状况、生产规程、质量标准及制粉车间的原粮搭配，生产工艺控制，面粉质量内在品质控制。
3、熟悉面粉指标与车间生产工艺、设备操作之间的内在关系，能根据面粉的质量标准要求，正确操作各种设备。
4、熟悉高方筛、清粉机筛路，对生产设备管理和维修保养有一定的经验，并付诸实施。
5、身体健康，吃苦耐劳，较强的沟通、分析和解决问题的能力，有良好的职业道德和团队合作精神。

【职位描述】：
1、能带领班组完成公司下达的各种面粉的生产任务，确保每台设备都能达到最佳工作状态，整套机组高效运行，并进行全过程的质量监控和设备维护保养工作。
2、做好车间设备的维护保养工作，定期保养、确保设备在健康状况下工作。
3、带领班组人员认真执行设备操作规程和各项管理制度，合理安排全班工作，做好现场管理及下属员工的绩效考评工作。
